yet another one... 18.0.0.209

i thought the whole point is to get as big a base of users as possible on win 10, then try to monetise via their store a la apple and what not (on the consumer side anyway). --- incidentally... i don't suppose anyone know if it's possible to downgrade back to 7 once you upgraded to 10 if you don't like it? that is.. would the 7 key still be valid?
incidentally.. there's been another one since... 18.0.0.203 http://arstechnica.co.uk/security/2015/07/adobe-flash-exploit-that-was-leaked-by-hacking-team-goes-wild-patch-now/
... 18 and 14? flash has 3 flavours.. so to speak.. the activex (ie), the npapi (firefox) and ppapi (chrome/opera)... some are bundled with the browser/os and don't need separate downloads. you might want to look at the flash module in your control panel to see which version of which flavour you have/need to update.
read something about this a few days ago? http://www.ghacks.net/2015/06/19/googles-in-hot-water-after-dropping-binary-code-in-chromium-for-linux/ ... i thought the problem wasn't the thing existed, but that it was in binary with no source code.
is that why you needed to type hebrew?
um... you can switch back and forth instantly by flipping ime (input method editor) within windows for free... so you have 2 ime.. english and hebrew (or more, depending on how many languages you want!) .. there's even a key shortcut for that (left alt + shift. can be changed to whatever combo you want.) seriously... try adding hebrew ime like i said above and see if it works ok for you.. i'm looking at the preview and it's got hebrew characters corresponding to whatever k
Because of the logic of clean installing as an ideal I'd expect 10 will allow it exactly the same as any other OS release. try... control panel -> region and languages -> keyboard languages -> change keyboards -> add -> hebrew see how that goes... the language packs.. i think it just makes the interface/menus display in various languages.

try the "reader view" in firefox? (38.0.5 or later)
at least that's one thing sort of answered.... http://www.anandtech.com/show/9334/microsoft-confirms-you-can-clean-install-windows-10-after-upgrading http://arstechnica.co.uk/information-technology/2015/06/yes-youll-be-able-to-do-clean-installs-of-the-free-windows-10-upgrade/
W10 will go subscription only, you won't be able to purchase it any other way. For your subscription you will get continuous updates, forever, and MS will have you by the short and curlies - no subscription = non functioning o/s.
nonsense. it's ~$120 for win 10 home at retail. it looks like buy once and it'll be updated for that machine until they do something else different with their mode
never finished the 1st game i think. buggy and they ain't been patching
i hid one of them updates from last month (3035583) seeing as i know i won't be updating win 7 from this machine (going to use this licence in new machine.. whenever that is...) no nagware for me so far. ps .. reserving is like pre-loading. didn't i read that you can still disable update? that is.. disable the update service somewhere under the hood
i was under the impression the free upgrade is just what it says. free for home user and will match edition with what you have. (eg home->home, etc) i think they did say it'll be kept updated for the lifetime of the device... no idea what that means. eg.. i install win 7 on a new machine, free upgrade it... what happens if i do a fresh install on the same machine? install 7 and upgrade again (what are the chances of it asking me to cough up some money)? or is there a win10 inst
Admittedly this effort requires some sacrifice... of sleep. Sleep? What's that? [e digicons];)[/e]
or just pile it on for jafo and go international. someone will always be awake somewhere XD
i noticed it's been changed this morning when i bookmarked something and tried to place the bookmark on the toolbar (i only use chrome for a few odd webgames really. xD)
apparently rockstar doesn't realise there are non-english speaking windows users out there in the world and installation borks if the user account name isn't alphanumeric (or some such). what year are we in again?
pretty sure i read about some kid's toy doing something similar a few months back. beats me what it was though. think i read it around the same time as the tv stuff. maybe it was this?
..... where's the ad for servo and other stuff? XD
... maybe he's fearful they'll be the ones getting staked? XD i would imagine it'll have to be some big ass magnets though for things to go flying...
think 64 bit are supposed to be out (as stable)_ in the next 1 or 2 version. couple of months or so then... if you count nightly and what not, it's been out for years
