I understand what you are saying, but like TarlSS said currently prestige buildings are usless and you have no need of them in your city once they reach level 5. This is a flaw to have buildings that serve no purpose at all once your city's level is maxed out.

Sorry about that I should have read your reply a little more closely. I hate the caravan bug that occasionally pops up that will not allow you to build new caravans for a captured city. It happens from time to time usually once or twice a game for me on a large map.

Don't watch frog play on you tube he makes very bad mistakes and he covers nothing on city building and kindgom expansion. Sometimes I believe he makes the mistakes he does playing on you tube just to make the AI look better. I am not saying this is true, but this game is not hard to beat and out play the competition even on ridiculous / ridiculous settings. This is what I did to learn how to play at release. &

In the games I have played during the beta for v1.1 and v1.1 I have very few cities that level up past level 3. To get the most out of a level 3 city all you need is two houses, market and merchant. If the city has a farm connected to it you add the granary and irrigation. Once you learned gardens under the civic tree you place them in all level 3+ cities for even more expansion. The garden will balance out the two houses in a level 3 city which pays you back

Yeah your sov does not have to meet the int rating. I dont know about anyone else, but if they did need 100 int I would never be able to cast it. I think the highest level my sov has ever obtained is between 10-12. It seems like when I get up there I never progress and that is even when my sov is involved in every battle.

One of my biggest problems with cities right now it our starting city should be the crown jewel of our empire. It needs to have something more than any other city in our empire. The only cities that could rival it would be the capital cities of the other factions. As for the tiles I agree that we should be able to make larger cities. You all have it wrong. What this means is you have a caravan incoming to a city from a different city, but no outbound caravan going back. So if your city has 5 caravans coming to it, but you can only send out 3 from that city you would see caravan not sent for the two cities that you are not trading back with. Another example 3 cities sending you a caravan, but you send your caravans to a different 3 cities. Your city info panel would show 3 cities as carava
