As the Titam seems to be "Men" -race, I'd like to use Karavox's ability on it :D

Hello! Just wanted to drop a few lines after playing with your modifications for some hours. I like it, in general, these remarks are just for your considerations of future improvements. About stability and performance, I got no problems. I am playing a huge random map with 14 opponents, of which 3 are my custom sovereigns I crated a long ago and are just hanging in the roster for fun. AI and world are on normal difficulty, since I haven't pla
Ok, thanks for the reply! Happy to hear that this annoying bug seems to have been noted and acknowledged. Maybe there's a fix coming in soon. Regarding the issue, I noticed that when I separate a tamed unit from a hero/built unit to it's own army, it does not get an icon to the left of the screen where it normally should be. I guess it's somehow related... Makes me think my lost units are there somewhere still, but I cannot select them
As the title says, anyone know why this happens? They don't die in combat, but just vanish after I win the battle and "move" into the city. Last victory, I lost 2 Cave bears and a Great Wolf. Damn annoying. To clarify, the disappearing creatures are always some or all of the units in a stack which I have at some point tamed with beastmastery.
These settings might even work with mods like Stormworld?
And I like the aspect that AI can also do this quest. Smile when Markin as level 6 comes banging at you with an Ashwake Dragon, long before season 100. That happened to me, once. [e digicons][/e]
Yes, well, enemy sovereigns seem to give up and surrender when your power rating is about 10x times theirs, effectively meaning you have destroyed most of his/her troops, conquered most cities and that their power rating is basically very low ( = no units, of course). Getting vassals has significant bonuses, as mentioned above: + You get their traits, like that armorer. Or in Relias' case, you get to recruit champions for free. And Karavox gives you the Silv
Prosephone? I think your thinking of the Roman spelling of Persephone - Proserpina? Both are pretty stupid names although Persephone is a nice name phonetically, as for Proserpina, well i think we all know what to do back in school for any girl with that name!!!
Word "perse" means "ass" in finnish... so... Assphone... heh, good times. [e digicons]:)[/e] I'm too tired.</p
(since henchmen have only limited magical capability)
No they don't. Not really. They can read all the same books as any hero would, so head to your local Pariden shop and get 'em. Also, I don't seem to know how to play without Heroes & Henchmen, as to me it feels pointless to send an army without a leader anywhere. It always makes me think about the opportunities lost, all tha
Does AI use Shadow World -spell? I never do, or so far I haven't, and have never seen it being used.
This thread reminds me, have you looked up for what can you influence with Silver Tongue? I remember trying that on Syndicate, and it works. I wonder if it would work on Dark Wizards... [e digicons]}:)[/e]
Yeah those Hoarder Spiders get killed too, sometimes. But it usually takes a dragon or an elemental lord to do that. [e digicons]:)[/e] Great Wolves are common and incredibly useful, I second that.
Back in the later betas, I was able to do this by: launching Elemental, starting new game, creating a sov, not saving it, hitting back button and then again creating a new sov.
You could make a custom faction with the trait Cult of a Hundred Eyes, so you could build spiders like Resoln. Guess it would be as close as it can be to beast faction, as it currently stands.
This is not Master of Magic.
I remember using tame on a Shadow Warg summoned by Procipinee. It disappeared after combat. I guess the AI thinks the summoned creature is dead, so it won't pay the mana cost to maintain upkeep, and it dies. Not sure tho.
I've never gotten the unit by fighting, but when paying the 100 gildar it works fine.
Cast one on enemy city and go check their details? Isn't the interface same?
I created Umber and Capitar leaders just to let me play against 10+ factions at the same time. I made Capitar leader General and Umber a Bandit Lord, just to diversify my opposition, and they both seem to do pretty well when compared to other factions. I also made a custom faction from (rebel) wraiths to Kingdom side, with a Noble leader, so now all professions are represented and sides balanced as I play an Empire Beastmaster. Black is always a fashionable choice. Blue is just seasonal.
Around what level are your heroes by now?
If you steal life magic, can it be upgraded when leveling up?
One thing that bugs me, when dealing with AI sovereigns, is that they are all basically the same after a few levels. They all pick Assassin path, every time, even Procipinee and Ceresa who are supposed to be mages. Would really like to see some variety in my future slaves, not enough targets for all those assassins.
In a recent game, I subdued both Procipinee and Magnar to be my vassals, they both were level 6 at the time. Procipinee had already acquired a piece of Chest Armor with 16 defense to her inventory, And Magnar was carrying Scythe of the Void. As they both were low level, they were just carrying the items, not using them.
Guess I'm gonna try that tonight after work, thanks!
