Reply to double stats in FE Modding

Thanks for the replies. A little sleep cured most of my frustration. :) I guess overwriting the original files is the easiest solution, although I had been trying to avoid doing so. I originally started out that way, but hoped to take advantage of the mod folder.

I copied a few files to the mod folder and edited them. At first they worked correctly, but now everything is listed twice. ie the game is reading both the modified and original file and listing the stats from both. I have tried deleting the files and starting over, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but nothing fixes it. I also cannot find any info about fixing it, even though I remember running into this issue with the first game too. I'm just about ready to uninstall and forget th
