Did you try adding /localdataonly to your Elemental shortcut? (I believe when you hit Esc when you get that error, it will let you play).

I've been wanting to add staffs in here for a while. I just need to take a bit off from the mod (hence the DF mod). Once I get things closer to being done on that mod, I'll put more work into here. This is not to say there won't be updates to ACP (still working on the string quest, level 3 is coming soon). The updates just wont contain as much as usual. At least not until DF gets closer to completion.

Hmmm... I've hit a slight snag with the Trogs (Yithril). One of their bonuses is to grant the Tools Of War tech on startup. Well, you can't remove selected abilities from the core sovreeigns (it will only add). Even after trying to rewrite the ability, still no luck. Even overwriting the equipment that comes with that tech doesn't work. So, the trogs may end up looking like all fallen do now for teir 1. I can't seem to get rid of that ability bonus on verga.

Ok, so I finished the Sovereigns for now. I've uploaded v0.1 to wincustomize (the OP has the link). Right now, the sovs have a unique modeltype so that no one else can use their armor set. It's also as a set. Which upgrades as you upgrade your armor tech. This way, you can keep the appearance the same, and get better stats. This will probably change in the future so that people can mix and match and do whatever they want later. Also, the weapons do not upgrade as of yet
Ok, the Sovereigns are mostly done, minus a few tweaks here and there. And Lady Irane ... the bow fits so well with her (the quiver and all), but the problem is, it's not unique. It's the same shortbow you equip your troops with. At least the dagger is unique (although too tiny to really tell).
