Ok, today when I was messing around with creating a sov, I had nearly everything picked out how I wanted it, down to facial features, and eyes and whatnot. Then, for some retarded reason, I wanted to see if those features would carry over to the other races. Alas, they do not. I realize it may not work too well between races (different facial types, eye types and such), HOWEVER, it WOULD be nice to have all those features "remembered", so that when I go back to the race of man again, after re

I noticed the same problem. However, for me it didn't give me the quest from an inn, but one of the random quest spots on the map. When I go back to complete the quest it gives me that message, then promptly afterwards gives me the screen saying the quest is complete. So a problem, but not.

Sorry I have a bad habit of just jumping back into the game after it crashes, so I don't remember when they happened. I know USUALLY its when I'm doing something with my Sovereign. I know one time it was after he had been "killed" in a friendly city. Another time was in the middle of a quest.
