How about, if there aren't dynasty connections of a Sovereign who got killed, that the remainder of the kingdom/empire turns into a minor faction? (Also if there are two equal value dynasty connections, then the same thing could happen.) What do people think? Best regards, Steven.

I take it these would be summoned in combat and only last at maximum until the end of combat? Best regards, Steven.
One thing that would be great to have in v1.3 or 1.4 would be for the AI to use mounts, and to not just select the first mount from the list, but based on characteristics and stats of that mount. This would be really neat and give modders great incentives to add new mount statistics to the game! =) Best regards, Steven.
I would really like the ability to mod in increasing resource costs for improvements as well, ie materials.
I think this would be great too. =) Frogboy, could you provide this option? Best regards, Steven.
And the worst parts. [e digicons]}:)[/e] Best regards, Steven.
Upside down? No, despite our nickname "Down Under" we are very civilized most of the time. :P Best regards, Steven.
Don't you mean "Elemental games" as opposed to "War of Magic" specifically? I take it that's what you meant - since War of Magic has already been released. =) ;-) Although you could be referring to WoM specifically. Best regards, Steven.
I would agree with a city tile limit for each level of a city, but as long as that bug where you hit the tile limit and then the city stays stuck in "too many tiles" mode (even when the city levels up or you delete buildings) doesn't make a reappearance. ;-) Best regards, Steven.
Yes Brad, I agree that it was not a promise, that was a mistake on my part, and I got carried away when I wrote that statement you quoted. But alborelli also used the word "promises" ("However, as usual, don't make promises"), which as it happens was where I got the initial idea seed from. However, I'll leave that premise behind if you will leave it behind too. Deal? Best regards, Steven.
Good point. But you want moar too. :P Best regards, Steven.
Yes, this is a good point. Don't make statements of apparent fact if there's any reasonable chance of the "fact" not being backed up by actions. In other words, don't promise things that are not 110% set in stone. Best regards, Steven.
I agree. This needs to be fixed. Best regards, Steven.
What about having some zone of control for cities, garrisons, fortifications and units so when they hit the zone of control they lose their remaining movement? Best regards, Steven.
I'd like to think I practice honesty, compassion and truth the best I can. I'm not rich, but I contribute what I can (in various ways). And I say "Good day/evening" to people I meet and who help me. It might seem small, but sometimes a kind word from someone they don't really know can really provide a little brightness to the day, a shared, understood struggle to get to the end of the day. I'd love it if honesty, compassion and truth was a lot more pr
What would be a better system to practice? I'd love to see such a system, but successful systems other than modified capitalism are few and far between (at least AFAIK). Socially modified capitalism isn't quite as bad as extreme capitalism, but a good alternative has yet to become obvious. Maybe after the end of the world we'll get some good ideas. ;-) Best regards, Steven.
Well, the only thing that matters is what CariElf thinks. If she is fine with it, I don't see a problem with it. I thought that the OP was quite funny. And just by the way, being considerate and tactful is not a trait reserved for females. Do you like labels? I don't. I could place labels on a lot of different things and people, but I choose not to. I see labels mostly as a form of name-calling, and that does not gel well with reason. <
There is more to someone than how they look, although I do know that males tend to take more notice of female looks than the other way round. But on an online forum, you may as well assume that every female is fantastic looking (or at least average), because you can talk with them without immediately judging them on their looks. When you think about it, judging someone's quality based almost entirely on their looks is extremely superficial (and even disrespectful). Bes
Exactly. You don't get female gamers saying "Is he cute" to all the male developers, so it shouldn't be the other way around either, regardless of which group is in the majority. Best regards, Steven.
It can take up to about 5 minutes (or maybe longer) to check the files. When updating, it compares the files in the Elemental directory to the files in the patch. This is why it takes so long, it is not just a simple patch. You need to wait a bit. If that doesn't work, contact "". =) Best regards, Steven.
This is indeed worrying. I guess the only way we will know if the changes and compromises work out is by playing the game for a fairly long period of time. Stardock certainly does seem to be taking less community suggestions this time, for good or ill. Best regards, Steven.
And this spot is reserved for me, because I am never always any number, and I only sometimes post my position in the queue. ;-) Best regards, Steven.
Archon was also on Amiga. Best regards, Steven.
The new engine which was being made at the same time as the game which was meant to use that new engine. ;-) Best regards, Steven.
How many copies of Civ4 & BTS do you think were sold *because* of FFH2? Best regards, Steven.
What do you think of Rise of Nations? Best regards, Steven.
