I cannot make my sovereign speed raise above 2.0 (initial value). Consuming potions ans books make no effect. Increasing speed during level ups has no effect. On the other hand, boots and other items that increase speed while equipped work normally.

Demolish lumbermill and you can build a fishery on its place

On level 1, I can build a mill. On level 2 I can build another one. On level 3 -- another one. As I understand, there should be only one mill per city. On level 4 I can build second palace sometimes.
