My Sovereign has 27 init, and so does the Umberdroth. Upon entering combat my sovereign gets to act, and to my surprise the Umberdroth then gets to act 2 times in a row and proceeds to bite my head off. Soooo unfair !

201:36 The funny thing is, when I completely uninstalled it for .982 (wiping all 3 folders, clearing registry) it still knew how long i played after reinstallation.
If i attack a well developed town (where you can see the town during combat) the animations are really choppy now. Hovering with the mouse over an unit and quickly moving the mouse pointer to a nearby unit and back repeatedly very fast stops nearly all animations from every troop. iirc it tells you that you find a bag of gold, which then gets added to your gold total.

Loading up this savegame , then pressing end turn, sovereign cannot move / attack. After bringing up the inventory screen and closing it, she can attack / move again. Actually, pressing the I key doesnt bring up the inventory screen at all, i have to doubleclick on her to open it.
I created a custom faction and a custom sovereign, where i edited the story. At start the text shows without the changes i made. Savegame here. (There is also a typo in the first line, You should be you)

I am not sure what triggers this. In one battle i ran away from the enemy with low hp wanting to quaff a healing potion out of enemy reach and when my movement ended it just skipped to next enemy in the queue, might be the same issue.
The damage is done only once, even if the afterbattle log file suggests differently:
They do the dying animation, but are still there, invisible with 0 hitpoints, the only way to continue is using autoresolve.

Congratulations to the team :) FE is really fun to play, and it can only get better with patches and mods. If i may ask, will at some point the "game within a game" issues addressed which plague the elemental world for so long now? (win7 32bit loading crashes, cntrl n crashes etc)?

It seems there is a lot more ignoring going on: In one of my last games i arrived at enemy gilden cities, which were surrounded by non looted monster lairs, non looted equipment caches, roaming dragons, drakes, bears and several untriggered quest huts. Markinn was standing with a few troops nearby, but ofc the dragons made a beeline to me as soon as they saw me.
