[.990] Sovereign cannot move after pressing end turn

Loading up this savegame, then pressing end turn, sovereign cannot move / attack. After bringing up the inventory screen and closing it, she can attack / move again. Actually, pressing the I key doesnt bring up the inventory screen at all, i have to doubleclick on her to open it.
