I think he's talking about Shogun 2 Total War. He'll figure out he's on the wrong forum when none of the replies are in red font.

First of all, War of Magic is a game with great potential, but it's far from the stable version it should be, but it's slowly getting there. Secondly, I shall compare the AI to GalCiv II Twilight of the Arnor, because I love that game, and because Brad and his team developed that too. I haven't played much WoM, maybe 6 games, but all on Normal difficulty, because it uses the full potential of the AI without cheating (I play GalCiv II only on Challenging for the sam
I agree with Phylast57. I think the focus should now shift on performance so that the game becomes more playable. If it runs out of memory, we can restart and load the last autosave, shit happens. But if the game slows down to the point where it becomes unplayable, it just isn't worth playing. I really really don't think this game is more CPU intensive then GalCiv2 T
It happened for me in 1.19m too. I tried everything, only the Autoresolve button worked, but I had eliminated the most dangerous units by the time the battle froze.
Yes, I found that terrain issues can really mess up a game. I destroyed some opponent's city by raising a volcano on it, and it turned out that it was the only way towards that guy's other cities. And that huge peninsula he was on didn't have any beaches. The Terraforming spellbook would have been very usefull, but it's not researchable. I think the Terraforming, Enchantment, Combat and Mobility spellbooks should be researchable, but more research-expensive then the elemental
The Ancient Fortress icon is missing for my game. This is the first game I play with 1.19m so I don't know if it's only this game, or it's a general issue.
Same thing just happened to me right now. It didn't happen with 1.1 but I only played like 2 games. However unlike in 1.1, the game's performance doesn't degrade to the point where it becomes unplayable. debug.err: http://pastebin.ca/2047271
I had an army of clones in 1.1, it's normal... I never thought about renaming though :D
Probably related: I encountered a bug when hovering over an enemy caravan, the info card in the lower right corner would be completely blank, not even display health, or other stats, description or portrait.
