I've yet to have someone reject a proposal. Seems to me it would make more sense to do a check of your Sovereign's charisma against the charisma of the person to marry. Make it less gamey.

I had the problem ever since the release last week. It seems to me that Golems should be large, heavy, and the ground should shake with every step. The Golems look like they are ice skating. I hope this is fixed by the release date.
No fat/bald options when creating appearance? How am I supposed to relate?
Crash when I hit "next turn" with a custom Sovereign. Will see if it happens again.
Does this mean 2A will be forthcoming shortly?

I find it a bit annoying to have to check the upper right corner of the screen to see if anything has been completed, etc., every turn. Some kind of tone when a new message appears would be nice.
I wasn't in the first round of Beta, but have pre-ordered and am looking forward to Beta 2. Has diplomacy been implemented yet? And if so, how do you achieve a diplomatic victory?

I saw Froggy make a mistake and his guy stepped back on a tile he didn't intend for. Is there a way to correct that or is that just a wasted step? I'd hate to accidentally move in one direction then have to waste a turn to correct it. Then again, perhaps there is a way to do that already and
I don't know if this has been brought up before, but does anyone else see a close resemblance to the old Sierra game of that name? It also had empire management, dynasties (iirc), diplomacy and RPG-style questing (using the Doom II engine). Sounds to me like Elemental is more of a successor to that than MoM.
All the more reason to pre-order. If there is slippage until next year, we at least have the beta to keep us warm.
Having just pre-ordered to get into Beta 2, I was wondering if any sort of manual has been produced yet. I realize it will change a lot between now and the actual release, but I would rather have something than to have to learn the game by the seat of my pants.
