I actually check them once every few hours, but I didn't want to sound desperate.

I'm getting kinda tired of coming here once every couple days in hopes of some news or something. What happened to Froggy and Kael being very interactive with the forums? I'm frothing at the mouth, CHOMPING AT THE BIT, for more information :( I'm tired of Beta 3. I want Beta 4. If I have to wait til mid-July or later, at least give me something to chew on until then...

I'm a little disappointed that Beta 4 won't be out in June, but I guess I'll keep myself busy with Sins, Skyrim, Civ5, etc. Too bad all I really want is FE. Oh, and Endless Space :)

I knew it SHOULD be soon, but whether or not we're going to get an update as "scheduled" remains to be seen... Either way, I'd just like to know WHERE we're headed with this next update, even if we don't have a firm date for it yet. What kind of changes are headed our way?...

@ Seanw3 - I'm sure your mods are great, and I intend on finding out soon enough, but I'd really like to see Beta 4 soon regardless. You can catch up before final release ;) But yeah, aside from city management and the economy getting an overhaul, I'd really like to see the magic system fleshed out a little better and I'd LOVE LOVE LOVE to see the research system thinned out and more focused. I know it's a pipe dream, but I love the idea of a random tech tree a la

Even if you can't give us information yet, can you please tell us/tease us with when you CAN give us info? I'm really liking the direction this game is headed in and I really think city management is the last MAJOR change that needs to be made (there are still some minor ones, too), so I'm incredibly excited to see what you all have done with it. Information/dev post is preferred, but a response as to when we might get that is an acceptable

I like the ideas of walls. With defensive structures that you could build, capturing cities would require a bit of might. I also like the idea of guarding elementals/specific units. Each faction could have unique guardian units. Obviously, being able to build siege units would be a must.

I don't know if this has already been suggested (I did look...), but the way that Civ V prompts the user to select production at the end of a turn with an idle city makes a lot of sense to me for this game. I hope that city management improvements include something like this, as well. So Beta 4 in about a month? What kind of changes are you all hoping for? I'd like to see more "Wonders" that you can build. Froggy talked of making cities feel more unique and

I might be blind, but I don't see any information on the faction selection screen regarding the new abilities/units for each faction. The only way that I know about them is through the beta notes. Also, you might want to update the tutorial. It still talks of researching mining to be able to mine ore. All in all, this is another gigantic step forward. If you can polish up city management and tighten up research, this game will be a 90+ on Metacri

Is that because you're all very busy or playing Diablo 3/Torchlight 2? [e digicons]:D[/e] I'd really like an update, please. You guys are certainly headed in the right direction. When can we expect the City management changes, etc?

I voted excellent. You are absolutely, most certainly on the right track. Another few months of polish, balance and faction differentiation and this game will go down as a classic. There are bugs, too, so there's still lots of work to be done, but damn if I'm not really excited to see this game fulfill its potential! And to those nay-sayers, I'm going to agree with Froggie: I don't think this game is the game for you. I'm having a blast as-is and I ju

A) I think FE has the best art direction, in my humble opinion. B ) How did you get Warlock screens? Are you IN the beta? (If so, tell me about it! If you can..) I like the comparison, but I really feel like FE is the only one that *really* stands out.

Ooh, I *really* like your quest ideas! They sound fun and the rewards couldn't be TOO hard to program! Nice work! Also like your idea with research. There really should be more consequence in each decision. Why not pull a page from Fall from Heaven and randomly generate very strong boss-monsters that begin wreaking havoc on the countryside and the brave player to destroy him gets and awesome item? I liked hearing about how "Kearog the Bold" was destroying everything in his p

[quote who="Frogboy" reply="42" id="3111636"] As it stands now, FE is still a 6/10 or so experience. When you put it together, just remember that WOM scored 5.3/10 overall. So the question I'd have to ask you is this: Are you saying that FE is only about 10% better than WOM? Master of Orion 3 was a near 7/10. When we give out numbers, I highly recommend http://www.metacritic.com/games. Not because I like Metacritic but only because it provides a
