I am not advocating piracy by any means but if we didn't have pirates who invented the printing presses we would all be less informed today. Gutenburg was a pirate. He took someone elses hard work and translations and mass produced them for the masses. A library is a huge pirating centre. You don't pay for books but you read them and return them and the author gets nothing for his work or creativity. If it is a good story he gets exposure which helps him sell more copies of his books

I have a fairly new I7 build and it locks up and crashes on me all the time. 6 gig of RAM and a big pagefile on Windows 7 64bit and it still goes tits up almost every ten minutes. No real bad lock ups like you are saying occur but this is what we are doing. Testing :)

Yeah houses are currently used to snake out to get resources but I think they plan to have it as long as it is in your cities influence boundries than you can harvest them.

I was wondering if it would be feasible to remove the whole housing part of city building. Instead of picking where to place huts and learning civic to build houses why not just have an action like roadbuilding. You click on growth and the city grows and expands as long as you have enough prestige and food resources. If you don't click on growth the city still grows at a much smaller pace. Leave the city planning to deciding where to put all the other types of buildings like barracks and libr

Master of Magic is a very comples game but also very simple compared to todays 4x games. Sometimes simpler is better. 1: You have food/hammers/mana/research/ and money to worry about. 2: You don't have to research to build better units just build better buildings to build better units. 3. Resources helped give bonuses like mithril and gold but it was a percentage of food production or what have you.

Well it would be appropiate if you could work some witty dark humor inot some of the events. Nothing like the bubble gum quote. You could do humor pertaining to the races or creatures in them. Would add depth if it was kept in context.

Ahh they said they might open the BETA today so ahh if it could be cleared up that would be great. Would rather be told to wait until March than be told maybe and wait around all day to see if you get a chance to enter the BETA or not. Thanks

Had to re-install windows and lost my wallpaper that I had. Was an awesome picture of a dragon burning a ship at sea. Watched Episode one and thought it was pretty Hollywood. Watched about 20 min of Ep. 2 and turned it off. The makeup, the music, the slo-mo, the bad cgi, and the fact that everyone is either a super model or a body builder really drains from this show. The sex is over done. We know they are having it don't need to show it. They have a good idea but they haven't done enough research. Watch Rome.
