Didn't a developer send Stardock a cease and desist letter because they were called Rebellion and the new SoaSE game was called that? I'm unsure how I can adequetely sum up how retarded that sounds.

Fundamental Conflict of Sorcery: Descended Wizard That's what the game will be called in China. Well, the knock-offs with photoshopped LotR pictures on the cover, anyway.
Name of event: Wrath of the Slave God Description : My Lord! Our Priests have divined a coming of tumultuous tidings! Well, they *think* there will be <span style="padding-bottom: 14px; padding-right: 15p
Excellent. Is there a thread where we can suggest events or are we too late for that?
Have Pioneers only build Outposts and a settler unit build settlements (unit available though civ tech tree). Monsters should be more aggressive vs outposts like they were in previous betas, thouh (unless they have Wardens).
Even if they gave you a title like 'Conquerer of the Plaguelands' and a shed load of Influence and perhaps coin from grateful inhabitants that would be something.
Yep, it's still an issue. I've seen two instances of non-Tarth civs building right next door to River slags with no problem. Combined with pio-spam it gives the AI a huge advantage.
Have random events been put in (I mean beyond the same two that happen once every three games)?
-Blunt weapons have a chance to knock a victim prone Finally! Now they're less redundant.
Resoln is a faction that needs powerful spells to stay competitive so I don't mind to uberness of Dirge but there does need to be a spell-interruption element to casting to make it less unbalanced and make archery less useless. Archers as counters to Mages makes sense to me. Perhaps even have a probability of casting level 3+ spells based on health e.g Mage has 57% health left so has a 57% of successful casting.
Not really a big Trekkie but I liked The Drumhead for it's acting (Jean Simmons is great) and the questions it posed. That and I like courtroom dramas.
I seem to recall Frogboy stating he didn't like them.
Throwing knives are bandit weapons so without over-thinking it too much they would be used against targets of opportunity e.g unarmoured civilians etc. It would be a poor bandit who attacks when he expects anything more than token resistence. Throwing axes would be more suitable as the professional non-bandit version of throwing knives.

They clearly stated what was in their game and if you didn't like it then you don't buy it (and you sure as hell don't steal, sorry, pirate it). If you can find me an article where, for example, Firaxis claimed religion and espionage were in vanilla civ 5 then I'd certainly be interested to see it. If you think the p

You have the choice not to buy and not to use games you don't support, so why don't you exercise self-control and just choose not to play the game at all? I like throwing knives they add flavour and make a very pleasing sound. I don't see them being used in melee as as a bug they are pretty much a non-retaliation close-quarter weapon. I just wish there were throwing axes as well, maybe for the Trogs in lieu of normal ranged stuff (less range but stronger than knives).

I play on the higher levels and the AI usually beats me to them or kills them before I get them. I usually only end up with 3 or 4. I would like there to be a % chance of champions coming to us and offering their services like Master of Magic or Master of Orion.
Endorse. There are too many champi
Quoting WOM, reply 1I say the UN has out lived its usefullness. True dat, brother. The UN only confuses people by issuing documents criticizing good Israeli friends for pouring burning white phosphorus on some irrelevant civilians, and speaks of attrocities when US "secure" the few remaining sources of oil that, by some divine mistake probably, are usually located in certain heathen, god-forgotten countries. A trait unlocked in the warfare tech tree allowing spear-armed troops defensive bonuses (or ability) vs mounted units might be a workable solution.

Agree with magic needing an overhaul, the system is functional but seems tacked-on. Like alot in FE the UI lacks the fantasy aesthetic and comes across in a way that betrays SD's origins- funtional, practical, but lacking flair or 'drama'. I also think magical paths should be restricted to one per champion or one per 10 levels.
