[quote who="joasoze" reply="168" id="2456538"] Quoting Circumstantial, reply 166 4(I never bought this...A um, friend gave it to me) CIV4 and all expansions- This game had so much potential. The combat system sucked, no tactical, large scale warfare, and I am out. Plus, the games were limited in turns. Do you know how much of a NONO that is? You DO NOT predetermine the amount of turns a game will have. That ruins EVERYTHING. As soon as I see that "100turns left" I quit. i cann

The most interesting thing about all these posts(not that you guys dont have interesting nostalgia) is that most of these key memories were formulated when everyone was but wee lads/lasses. I guess since life has set in, such fond memories cannot once again find room within our cluttered minds next to these childhood gamergasms. My most nostalgic memory...HMMM. This is a toughy. Okay, TWO fondest memories. 1. Just about EVERYTHING from "Skies of Arcadia: Legends". This is the

Itd be really easy to make an rpg with Elemental, due to the rpg elements already present in the game itself, without touching it, hell that'd be the easiest thing to make. Has anyone played Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne. There is my proof for how easy it is to make an rpg with the right tools. Please, SHARE any of your nostalgic gaming memories. You gotta admit, those were the best moments in your entire life, whether with a friend, or eating cheese-its till 8 in the morning while you tried to beat that last boss Jericho. I mean, really...honestly...screw the moment you lost your virginity, or when you got married. Some games just never leave the cold, damp caverns of your cranium. O BTW!!! HAS ANYONE...*excuse me* has anyone played the scifi rts game called "Hegemonia" If you have

1. SPORE. Okay, here is the major problem with spore. Its not really....a video game, OR a simulation. Its really, just uh....its kinda like someone took plado and used their daemon transmorphing spells to conjure up a disk. I followed it from the very first release of info, i think in..2003? around there, maybe 2002, not sure, I was pretty young then, anyway.... THE MAIN PROBLEM was that it was so ambitious in the beginning and there were so many promises, very detailed information being rel

I for one am enjoying the show. *shields face from flaming* I can see what they are trying to do with the show, but I would like to see some interaction with aliens, new technologies and external characters/plot twists. (meaning introducing new characters/plot twists from somewhere other than Earth and "Destiny", maybe a new planet they discover with sentients that have their own issues to deal with etc.) I don't see why everyone here finds the stones to be rediculous, it really shows how the
