The fact that the game is unstable for now is kind of a win win for me because I'm going to need to get a WAY better machine before I'll be able to play this. My 6 year old T5048 E machine is pretty much garbage now. I can wait till things get sorted out. Keep making this game awesome Brad! I know how hard developing is and how critical people can be, but it is helpful to use some psychology to understand those who are more critical than others. Things can spiral into a stockpile of

Lol. What kind of infantile human being writes an article about a video game, includes a personal quote from the CEO of the independent publisher/developer that created the game (a personal quote and that shows clear frustration through a command from said CEO to another person(hell, a friend) telling the person(friend) to "stay away" from a product that the CEO's independent video game publisher/developer made)? I would disregard the writer's article for its off-topicality and for
These are good questions that suggest a way forward for the dynastic system. I would love for pregnant women to have to be kept safe during their pregnancy (it would be like a mini-game of sorts).
Omg no mini games. Throwing in mini games to add "depth" to games does not. Mini games are arbitrary, repetitious, and time consuming; look at spore... it is a giant

You should perharps take a look at that thread https://forums.elementalgame.com/388100
I knew it! Wow, I need to spend more time on stardock forums. Mind=Blown again I always wondered what the short description of the drath in galciv meant when it said that they were the original sentients on the plan

My personal recommendation for calming music would be pretty much anything from positively dark, especially their songs goodnight and so far away which you can easily and quickly find on youtube.

I'm glad to see that everyone is finding tons of bugs and glitches etc. :D I know how great it makes me feel when testers for my mods report bugs to me upon testing my latest build. Good jorb elemental dev team, and all you testers aswell! With a bit of perseverance, blood, sweat and seldom(or not so seldom, depending on whether or not your emotions are about as stable as the current Elemental build) shed tears, this round of testing will usher on another great addition to the game!

Since you guys aren't too punny, I decided to add my personal favorite to the list of pseudo replacements for A.I. descriptions assigned to designed "footman" units. “How long was I in the army? Five foot eleven.” -Spike Milligan

Yeah I am completely not looking forward to this game at all. They are dumbing it down, withholding vital information(which will make the already difficult diplomatic system even more difficult), disabling stacking and NOT adding tactical battles. This was the last chance I gave to civ and it was ruined before I even offered the chance. O well, we have elemental which is 1000x more of my kind of game. W00t go stardock for bringing strategy and complexity back into the gaming world!
I would like to see the emphasis on the Lore. Any tools that can be included to make truly unique races is a big plus. I think that having deep lore in the game is what is going to make me fall in love with it. I think the ability to make my own races is what will keep the game on my hard drive. For the inital game I think the deep lore is critical, an expansion with tools for creating your own races down the road makes more sen
