Hey, i made that mod. What the hell is a FEMM file? If you have cheat mode enabled, and press CTL + M, you get 1000 of every resource, and will also give a boat load of population to any selected city, almost guaranteeing a level-up.

The tag seems to have issues in tactical, possibly in strategic as well.
It's available to buy in the shop for heroes. Units can also wear the armor if they have plate mail proficiency. Just be ready for the massive crystal cost!

If you click on the resource, then after half a second click again (not a double click), you can select the resource and build on it.
