AI attacked my pioneers. Accepted with Auto Combat, but the results never appeared. My pioneers fled to my army standing at the adjecent tile and an enemy unit ran in hammering them. Aside this almost every element of the game became unresponsive. (Could Scroll the map or click on units, but not even the Menu appeared.) In reality, I tried to move my adjacent army in, they had 1/2 moves, perhaps that has to do something with this. To be honest, this is t

In detail: After giving the Turn to the AI, Umber initiated combat against one of my outposts (and its defender). I accepted it to do the battle manually. Some time after the battle loaded a diplomatic pop-up appeared, (Tarth bragged a bit).I dismissed it with the dialog option available to me. At this point the battle was locked, nothing could be done in it. Aftermath: Stragely, hitting ESC opened up the menu, and the Back to the Game op

Probably not strictly related to the suggested repro, but anyway, it may crash the game. ...and result screen soft locked the game. More specifically: I was bashing next turn and heading back to Main menu to load my save in again when a combat dialog popped up. Pushed Auto Resolve, Loaded the save, and the result screen stucked overlapping the loading screen. The background is active, but the report is not interactive and loading was halted. debug.err:http://dl.dropbox.com/u/70329330/debug.err Please be

I don't want to hijack the thread, but crash zip should be in the installation directory? Crashed once yesterday, but could not find anything. Edit: Found them. They are on a different path on win XP. C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Stardock\Elemental - Fallen Enchantress\

Is there any info on how attack/defense and damage works now? I see that common units can't hit champs and monsters that hard, but could not figure out the relative strengh. Still, it's strange that a basicly armored unit will die to a relative easy-to-get hard hitter paper unit, thus giving the impression that armor is just a waste of resources, at least early-mid games.

If you start a new game, you are prompted to select a character. Given character will appear in the middle. Then, if you alt+tab out and in again, the char will 'disappear from the middle'. Repro: 1. Start new game 2. Select a character 3. Alt+Tab 4. Return to the game Observe that the char is missing.

Do something that would normally result in change of the cursor, it won't change until moved. (Easily) noticeable in combat. Repro: 1. Start a battle with at least 2 units 2. Get close to the enemy 3. Use up your attacks on a target with unit A, the cursor should show you that you can't sttack again 4. The game switches to unit B Observe that the cursor still says you can't attack - but will upda

...if you click on a portrait in combat. Repro: 1. Enter a combat, notice that a combat music starts 2. Click on a unit portrait on the left side (I clicked on my sovereign/champ.) Observe that: 1. combat music cuts off immediately like you were just in strategic view 2. and won't resume after exiting the char sheet view Note: using Sound Blaster X-Fi, in game setup: Dolby 5.1

Rather minor issue, but issue non the less. Feel free to delete if duplicate. Repro: 1. Open Research 2. Select a Tech that will have a scroll bar (like Civilization -> Mining, Warfare -> Standing Army) 3. Scroll the text down 4. Select the same Tech again Observe that the scroll bar itself will jump to the top but the text won't. Notes: 1. Screen res: 1920*1080, ATI Radeon 3
