[0.86][BUG]UI: Alt+Tab removes Sov on the character selection screen

If you start a new game, you are prompted to select a character. Given character will appear in the middle. Then, if you alt+tab out and in again, the char will 'disappear from the middle'.

Repro:

1. Start new game

2. Select a character

3. Alt+Tab

4. Return to the game

Observe that the char is missing.
