thanks for the info and the save, I'll see if I can manage to get it to happen (testing with your save and recreating as close as I can the situation with yithril didn't work). If anyone else sees this any can post detailed logs of what was going on maybe we can find something common between them for why it's happening.

1: I tried this out and had no problems... Was is a storm dragon? What faction were you playing as? What unit were you casting the breath on if you remember? Did it kill them? Any more details would be good. 2: I tried Growth also and had no issues on my sovereign and a trained unit, what were you casting on? yea, more info on this would be great (and/or a save?)... Was this a city you had owned at one point? Were you attacking the city or was the AI just attacking you outside the city? Did you initiate combat or the AI? Auto resolve or tactical? What all units were involved in the fight (approximately)? I'm gonna have to try to reproduce this in house if you don't have a save (and ideally even if you do) to figure out the specifics so the more you can give me
yea, I cant reproduce this in house (perhaps because the other bug was fixed). Let me know if anyone sees this with other units.
the maintenance thing is a definite bug, I've got a ticket in for it now. As for the intelligence of the monsters coming out of the portal, that's more of a general monster AI thing. As it improves they should get smarter, we generally don't have monsters actively attack cities, however, as it leads to some nasty situations. Remember, when summoning wild demons they don't always do what you want them to ;)
this actually makes total sense, there are quests that are marked as not being able to be repeated and I would imagine the specific code for the quest scroll item is ignoring that fact when it's placing new ones... also the vanishing city graphics is a known issue, we have people looking at it, thanks guys! :)
got a note in about the henchmen, it seems they do actually load but you have to restart the game :/ needless to say, that's a bug... I wasn't having trouble with the altar quest scroll though, can you give more information about what's happening when you are using them? Have other people had problems with the quest scroll?
we are monitoring the forums and when we see things we can reproduce they get put on our own internal lists/ticket systems. It would be nice if there were a more efficient way to manage this stuff but since it is a public forum it's tough. We do have internal systems for this stuff tho :)

man, disbanding units to add pop to a city was part of a feature that was removed months ago... that is quite an old bug you have 'found' ;)

there is a planned fix in for this, but it's lower in the priority queue so if it doesn't make release it would be because there were more pressing things ;)

if it happens again try to record all the steps you took to take the city and the state of the city when you took it so we can try to figure out what causes the bugged case. Things like what units you used to take the city, auto resolve or not, what level/type of city it is, if he has another city at the time ect ect
did you pass the turn and it still doesn't show as not being contiguous? I tried to reproduce in house and when you first take the city it says there i no penalty but when you click next turn it has the penalty (properly)
it's an issue with multiple word strings, I have a ticket in for it to be fixed now, thanks!

This bug isn't actually an issue with the spell but rather an issue with the unit casting it (the air elemental was broken casting titan's breath but when you cast it with a champion it's fine)
