yea, I actually got a save from someone that did it, it's an auto turn problem. For now if you go into options and turn that off it will stop doing that. It's on the list with a repro case :)
Kestral2040
the mana thing should be fixed in the next patch, do you know anything more about when you are using escape and it's putting you in the same tile? I cant reproduce it, wondering if it's escaping in a certain situation? is it a quest? did you attack? they attack? ect...
do you know what difficulty level you are playing on? both the people that have seen the trait thing? trying to find something on common... or is everyone seeing this? the equipment stuff is known and should be fixed next build
rocks aren't good for your liver, I will bring your thoughts up when we revisit them... the thought is that you would put the trophy in a newer city the boost its start. Something that draws people to the city, no one wants to wait forever on a new city in the late game to get big ;)
depends on the stage your city is in, early game you want prestige (growth), late game you want food to expand your cap...
reproduced and on the list, thanks :)
I've been unable to replicate this :( if anyone can find a consistent place where it happens I would appreciate it. Or have a saved game where after you load it you can get it to happen or something...
anyone else having this problem? I was just mauled by a bear cub so I can say it's working sometimes... if you can give me more specifics maybe it will help? you aren't missing, right?
heh, it probably crashed on exit :) well if anyone is able to notice if they are getting place before you are there or after I'll get it to a programmer. Otherwise I will just try to replicate it myself
got a bug in the for AoE skills on multi-tile monsters, will have someone look into the targeting issues on Aibex... Also trophies are being redesigned in the near future, it's probably actually working but there is no UI to view its bonus :(
this should be fixed in the next patch, thanks :)
ok, I have it in our bug list now but the more info the better
no it didn't, for me at least. Eventually I went to war and cleared the outpost
did you happen to notice if it was there before your influence was? or it showed up after your influence was already there?
I've been unable to reproduce this :( took your latest save (and made a new game with dense resources) and was able to play each for over a hundred turns with nothing... let me know if you guys figure out a reliable way to reproduce this and I will get it in our bug list
do you know if it comes back to the same spot? we think it has something to do with resources spawned through the course of the game, but it should go away on a reload as I understand it. And then it could come back in other spots during the game. Either way, we will try to figure it out
also for my own edification: Xia, what resolution are you running at?
does the problem persist if you reload a saved version of the game? I think we know what's causing it but want to be sure
will have someone look into it, did the game also crash? just wondering where the zip file came from also: can anyone tell me if they have seen the outpost be actively placed? if it's already there and your influence is expanding over it that would be a different bug from it going in and building in your influence. gonna be hard to fix until we know which one it is :(
I cant even imagine life without Derek... just don't let him know that
We'll get right on that... [e digicons];)[/e]
put me in coach! ;)
listen, bears are dangerous... go punch one and see what happens ;)
update: it's amazing how close this vote is, right now it's 39 for it on 37 for it off. As I said before, the option will never go away. Right now I am thinking we will leave it off by default since the vote is so close. Also it's worth noting you can select and improvement and click the build button to have the game 'auto place' the building. At one point you could also double click to place a building automatically, but that seems to not be work
the pre-installed maps haven't been tweaked yet for the new game rules since instead the majority of time has been spent on making functional random maps. I suggest playing on generated maps for now, we plan on having updated pre-made maps for release.
I got a save from a user saying this happens in a game they have, it's in our issues list and will be looked at asap :) -Toby
e-mail them to me at and I'll have someone look at it. So specifically they have to do the butcherman quest to make it disappear? or any tactical combat in the save?
