This is possibly an old bug where one or more of your units are trying to complete an auto move with no movement left. When this happens to me I go through all my units and cancel their movement until the turn completes. Usually it is the one unit that is running on the spot that is the problem.

I don't think that you being able to build a second tower of dominion when you already had one was a bug. It did not appear that you built one yourself but gained one when you took Lord Markin's city. I noticed that you destroyed built resources on your way to take a city, it is better to leave them if they are in the city's area of influence as you then gain them already built on the next turn. Ok so the race bonuses are meant to stay. Where do the faction bonuses to units show. I picked lucky + 5 dodge and accuracy, it showed up as one of the four displayed faction abilities but when I check dodge and accuracy on the fractions units it is not added.
When I use the beast master trait to convert a beast to my side often in the after battle report the beast is shown at the top of the unit list gaining the xp for the fight while my sovereign gets 0xp. This is in a one on one fight. Edit: [e digicons]:blush:[/e] that "r" was not meant to be there.
Just tried making a custom race (4 bonuses ans two weaknesses, base race Tarth) and soveriegn and noticed the following *Race details showed up fine in sovereign choice screen. *game start screen only showed 2 weakness and 2 bonuses for the race. *Sovereign and units built showed as having Tarth blood, no bonuses or weakesses from custom race.
The bug where you can double click the build button for ophidian and drake lairs still seems to exist. Any one can build them [e digicons]:grin:[/e]

Some bugs I have noticed. If you build a city up to an already built resource the city builds it again, if you cancel this the resource is unbuilt. Casting shrink screws the battle. When the target dies you get two death scenes, one small and one big. You are then left with the target as the current unit and the only way to finish the fight is to hit auto. The flamewave spell does not appear to do any damage.
Why not just research the enchantment instead of the enchanted weapon or armor? Instead of burning axe you research the burning enchantment. This can then be added to any weapon for a crystal cost with a limit of one to two enchantments (or maybe a research set limit). So if the Magic minded nation has only researched spears then all they can make are burning spears and clubs. I have noticed the problem with trying to upgrade to magic weapons
When you take a city with life/death shines in its area of control they don't convert to your type. I have an empire game where I had two life shards even with reloading a saved game. One was eventually destroyed by monsters which left me with a life shard that I could not build a shrine on. This can be fixed by saving and reloading the game.
I have seen this several times. It seems that the army being attacked will complete any ordered movement if they have movement points. I have had scouts attacked and killed while auto moving run three more spaces and then die.
Upgrading a unit is not based on designing a new unit to upgrade too but putting the option in when you first design the unit. When you create the unit you need to select the upgrade option instead of the normal weapon or armor. The option is there even if you can not build it yet. ie in the armor tab there will be the upgrade option for each piece of armor even if you haven't researched leather yet.
In my current gamed session 223 I have completed two quests, The killing Jar and escort noblewoman. There is one other quest on the map I cannot do yet. This is a large map where I have explored a third of it. While the AI may have cleaned out their areas, I managed to block one sided of my kingdom with a city and it was a while before I met anyone else on the other side. I have not seen any rat killing quests in .86
I agree with this. I have played games with high initiative and impulsive spell casters and in these games the area effect spells ruled and would finish most battles at the start. But when I decided to play without impulsive and using the mage equipment fights would finish before fireball was cast or very few targets left. I have lost a fight or two this way because I clicked to fireball instead of firebolt and could not cancel. <

In 1.3 the minimum size of units you can train has been increased to 4. This is not supposed to effect pioneers but sometimes it will try to build them as size 4. Nakisisa
I have seen this happen when stream updates games. This month 1/5 of my bandwidth has disappeared to Civ V updating a ~100mb patch by downloading the full game ~4gb. When I noticed this I set the game to not automatically update, so of course when a hot-fix came out it started to download 4gb again. Searching their forums many people have had this problem with different games for sometime. One person ends up downloading 14gb each time Shogun 2 updates. <

The prestige break down page for a city doesn't match their summary page. In the above save I have 13 cities all display 0 prestige on the main screen, 0.1 prestige on the city summary page, and net prestige production between 1.1 and 5 on the city prestige breakdown pages. The cities are growing at the rate of 0.1 pop a turn. The two of the opponent cities I can see also have prestige of 0.1 the the last one 0.2. If this is the how prestige is now supposed
I am not sure what extactly causes it as I normally dont notice until I try to build something but everytime so far it has occured while building one of the single build per city buildings. The season 91 save is from a different game where it occured while building a market; no monasteries in the game. In 1.2b a townhall seemed to set it off. Once it happens I find that all the single build per city buildings increase in pop price which harpo99999 is probably why you can't
I thought that only studies and workshops increase the population cost. Either way in the 110/99 example above they are my first copy of each and should only have a total cost of 40 not 90. When I started building them it was at normal cost but sometime in the next few turns it changed and I found myself with red population.
Here's two save games from 1.2c where the population count has suddenly increased due to the single build buildings.
