same here .. alt tabbing did it for me..
Lua so i dont have to deal with indents... lol.. so annoying especially when modding others mods and dealing with script online/forums that can 'change'.. :p
Thanks Chaosti.. this worked for me too. :D
i log on now to the 1.1 update (which i am happy for) but another 2gb download!!.. i cannot believe this has not been fixed yet!!
yep nothing.. having to download the whole 2gb again despite the verify trick.. [e digicons]>:([/e]
nope having the issue with xp 32bit with x too.. [e digicons][/e] will try downloading and see if it stops at 50mb..
not working for me.. i can verify all i want with 1.09u --> updating to 1.09v and all it will only let me update 2gb.. beta or no..
just ctd with 1.09u.. just timely though when i went to load up the game again it came up with a prompt to update to the latest major update 1.08.. so i quit, closed impulse and opened it again to find the 1.09v update available when it wasnt a couple of hours ago.. now i have to contend with the stupid 2g update..
whats the purpose of this thread? I too see no wars..
yeah it would def be good if you could lose to neutrals / minor factions... ;) lets hope that one gets off the ground.. charon - whats your idea of a booty unit? lol on another plus side, Firaxis has actually implemented my rebellion idea (albeit not an unique one) above into the next patch..! Yay!! ;)
well i've tried that and it dont work for me.... .,. edit: scratch that, its now working with 1.09s..
yeah mine refuses to download a small update and insists on downloading 2gb again when patching from 1.09n.. very annoying..

I haven't been around the elemental scene for the last couple of months really simply because i felt Brad and co didn't listen to us during beta. I had faith however they would pull it together, but was completely wrong upon playing the release version.. What frustrated me was some of the things i suggested were missing or a problem in the beta were simply ignored and were only after release was there an attempt to rectify certain issues in the game. I know i'm not alone here. I e

It would be especially good if they were near or on resources (or have quests that need to be completed before the resource and be used). And more valuable resources such as shards would have lairs with stronger monsters / harder quests. If monster lairs are included, the at a certain point (say when a

I'm pretty sure that technically the "British Empire" controlled more land (not counting water) at the hight of it's power than any other empire in history. There was a time when the British controlled All of England, parts of France and Spain, most of India and almost a
