Yeah that thing has been off for a while now. I would guess the numbers in place might be placeholders or somewhere along the lines things aren't being calculated. Then again maybe it's saying the Sovereign's age is 0 or 1 on turn 1? Could be a couple of different things really.

I put it into My Games\Elemental\Units, and have "Use mods" checked in the Options menu. Yet when I go to the map editor, only the standard sizes appear--this one doesn't. Are there any other settings I have to mess around with?
Which one did you copy? Here'
Saw this and thought it was funny as hell. Enjoy :)
I never said eye strain wasn't a problem for some people Tridus, give it a rest man, please.
Have you tried making a tactical map version of the unit in question only with a smaller scale? It might mean making a new unit xml and copying the unit in question, renaming it, and changing the scale (plus adding the other needed pieces of making a new unit). It's quite possible changing the unit scale only affects it's map size as well. Honestly I'm not sure. It would be cool if we could use this to make races like halflings and giants though without the need to make a new model fo

I like the white text on grey (current quote box look). How about we think about making that the basic background color. It's not black or dark which shouldn't cause eye strain for some people, and it doesn't look like baby crap and make me not want to even look at the forums (which is a big plus).
Over-all though I was trying to set a tone that all of us could be mature about the issue. By using a bunch of all caps, telling Bara to "fix the damn thing", and attempt to belittle other people's issues with color scheme? If you'd actually read the thread, most of the complaints weren't about "personal taste" in colors, it was about the physical side effects of eye strain and reading dark on dark, which you pla

And before anyone complains that we have a thread about this already, No, we don't have a Thread that Specifically complains about the Yellow/Brownish color. Seeing as how the color was changed I think it deserves a New Thread to contemplate a New Color Change.
Is it possible to get another color change to something that doesn't look like the consistency of baby poo? Even a Flat Gray color would be better IMO. I'm not saying it has to or should go back to black (even though I thought that was cooler) but this brownish yellow looks disgusting, seriously. Anyone else feel the same way?

Don't all of Stardock's websites have various color schemes to match the games the sites are for? Last time I checked the GalCiv 2 and Sins forums they both had black backgrounds and for some reason the forums are Still Very Active and you don't see a bunch of people complaining. WinCustomize has it's own color scheme too which is followed on That Site. I don't see the problem with the Elemental site being black while the WinCustomize site is white or blue or gray or whatever. If you don't li
