Awesome work Stardock! I'm refusing to update till release. Its been a long time in the making and I can't wait to try out the complete but, not so finished product! :D

Wait he said boats?! and beaches!? :O Or was I mistaken for... moats and biches :P
Has anyone ever successfully formed an allianece? I know I have tried with a custom sov. and never could even with close relations.
I've done some deadly and epic quest that were farely easy.
Completed a game via the master quest. It was too easy! (I was playing on challenging difficulty) Not to mention I had to reload several times because my camp and battlefield would spawn inside of the gates?! But what made killing him so easy is that dang mana blast spell. One blast and I can pretty much kill anything and for only 30 mana and it goes on every champion whoa!...
Sweet beans, this is a great game. I'm particularly fond of the art... [e digicons][/e] its great.
Played through a good number of turns and, then when I hit enter the cursor turned into the hourglass and just froze. Good news is the auto save works so all is not lost. I really have been enjoying playing the game and it has come together wonderfully. One of my favorite things in beta 5 is the artwork for all the tabs and what not it really polishes the game. There were a few things that were alittle off but for the most part its great. I don't want to stop playing to do my Newton's
I ran into an Altar town and the faction did not say hello or appear on the known faction power... they did however escort me to the primises.
Some of the problems in beta 4 make it hard to play FE. :(
Nope! I had a great game going then... save corruption! other games were quickly turned into the AI's favor as large roaming slags like to gobble my citizens. Or just placed with factions on all four sides of me.
We all know the most famous adventures out there involve something to do with vampires, werewovles, or gargoyles. How about an adventure that could possibly grant you an ability (tactical) to turn into a vampire, werewolf, or gargoyle. And possible perks?
How about spells that morph the soverign or champion! Or a cloak of shadows that makes you invisible.
I really hate having to spend my well earned perks on spell books! I think spell books should be unlocked via techs (magic research), you then buy those books from the shop. These books have level limits. I do realize that it would ruin the current magic system but how about having an initial perk that allows you to cast that type of magic.
I will have to try that, on default settings I've played one seemingly balanced game. This was due to the fact i was blocked (due to ocean and mountains) from attack from every faction but one. Which allowed me to expand peacefully! However, in most games I play Resoln and Gilden are the top factions... until they declare war on me :P
What if there were a city build limit and outpost limit? City and outpost limits can be increased through techs...
Ctrl + Tab at the start of FE will open a submenu for username and password, where you enter your stardock username/password. I had this problem also they should really change the instructions of that popup.
I've experienced both of these too, obviously something that needs to be fixed! I dont like river slags destroying my water shrines D:
Yeah for reals, what he said!
Getting a message upon start up that says login failed...?
Awesomeness :D can't wait, hopefully this will be a major improvement and a step closer to FE completion and mass production! ;) The sound effect doesn't bother me couldn't imagine it being different connsidering it was in WoM if I'm not mistaken.
I have problems with the shop menu, its super plain and sometimes I sell or trade off items on accident. When you sell to the shop you can't get that item back [e digicons]:([/e] . Perhaps someone could do something about this!
I bought it and I would say its worth buying (very entertaining and somewhat addicting) [e digicons][/e] not to mention the standalone expansion that will come out this summer will be at a discount... but ultimately its up to you.
I like the random resources... resources are limited. So if you want them you have to take them [e digicons][/e] Just means you can't sit behind your panzy walls. Plus if you research the adventure tech there is a tech that allows you to locate lost resources.
To me it seems combat is a really dry version of Romance of the Three kingdoms. But in RTK games there is at least some tactics! The battle system doesn't have any. Add some??? Like enemy has lower defense if you attack from the back. (an ambush...) Cavalry weaker vs. spears. Maybe have supplies to defend. etc. Currently I think the only tactic is dodge... If you even consider it to be one.
