Hm, sorry Steven, that seems not to be true. I got XP (FULL) + lost NO mana [my army won]. Only if the army loses, it seems i lose anything.. BUG or intended? PS: There is a bug with "scrying pool": once the city updated to +1 essence, the spell "meditation" is not updated to the new essence amount. One has to delete and recast it again to work as intended.
Hi Guys, I have avoided to let my hero die since now. But in my last battle, he died. Nevertheless, my army defeated the enemy and I won the battle. As a result, my hero got xp, the loot and NO injury? Or is there some hidden penalty for dying in battle? Is this a bug or are Heroes that died in battle regarded as knocked down only as long as the army wins? This would make a lot of fights much easier... If any
Hey Steve, great mod, that is exactly was i was looking for. Just had a rage attack when i recognized these monster heroes were useless due to their restricted movement. Well, for me it works i the 1.3 version. Deleting the enchantment via "Govern" allows to reassign it to another unit. Nevertheless, it makes most sense on the sovereign anyways (playing on insane), so no need to be sad ;). Here is my strategy on how to make use of caravans at the moment: The improve roads! So focus all your caravans (i have 6 at the moment) on the nearest enemy city you have an economy treaty with. Send them back and forth, and after 20 trips the roads gets improved. Then improve the next road to the next nearest city and so on.. Thus, use caravans to optimize your road set-up.

Deear frogboy, thanks for a great game. Balancing would also be the main issue for me i haev with the ai. But please make it possible for the player to hinder the economy of the ai. Don't provide it with 150.000 gold. Countering the ai should not only get back to who ahs themost powerful stack. One should also be possible to stop it by blocking its expansion routes with own cities, plundering caravans, trade with them to reduce their gold etc.<
There are also these snakes having jewels in their body (forgot the name). They have a special attack (poison?), are they useful as a beats? They have 4 moves and about 120 hp, making them agile while having a bit more health then the skath? Don't know, haven't tried them..

Only thing i will really miss the the exceptional good equipment level 9 heroes just recruited provide. Will this be offset by the stuff your hero finds later on? Thx for posting!
