Loading the save will immediately trigger a city battle (which is a bug in itself). All of the following result in a crash: Cancel out of battle and save the game Cancel out of battle and end turn twice Complete the battle, raze the city, then end turn Not sure which of the attached crash logs is which.

I am not even sure it is being applied correctly. Neither the accuracy nor the dodge bonus is visible. And while we are here, there is a typo in the description of the dodge attribute; should be either "penalty to an enemy's chance to hit" or "penalty to enemies' chance to hit".
Does the splash damage get multiplied by the number of soldiers in the squad?
Maybe, but this is not the source of the bug. I figured my juggernauts had enough hitpoints for the two of them to bash on the same iron golem for a while, absorbing some marginal splash damage. Was I wrong! Target golem hit for a dozen hitpoints, splash on friendly juggernaut for 87 from a 27 attack, killing him outright. Not much fun.

Just wanted to note that 0.915 is the first patch where the challenging AI felt, well, challenging. Eventually abandoned the game after getting my ass handed to me by the combined forces of Gilden and Pariden, fighting on two fronts; my next game will be on normal . A few other comments: Monster power seems spot on. With dense monster population and a lucky early sand golem, Verga was able to clear a significant area from early bandit

I have noticed that improvements built outside the city get rebuilt when they are engulfed by the city ZoC. The improvement goes back into the build queue (even though it is already built and generating resources), and cancelling it from the build queue actually results in the improvement being destroyed.
3) Wounding a unit that prepares a 2-round-spell should cancel the spell
This would effectively remove range 1 spells with a casting time from the game, which would be an unfortunate loss. If you want to interrupt the spell, you can already counterspell, or kill the caster. For example playing a beastlord, "tame" requires you to get hit before you can tame the creature. This is actually a great mechanic; you have to survive a series o

I was disappointed to discover that I couldn't tame my neighbourhood forest drake, as it is a dragon and not a beast. I guess I have to kill it. Also, nice hit. That seems a lot more than 100% error.

All it really knows is that it has a skill (perhaps of a certain type - in this case, debuff), with a certain priority attached to it. So if the opportunity presents itself, it'll use it (or uses the highest priority one). This is done because they want skills to be moddable. So you could add new skills with all kind of silly effects, and you'd still be able to get the A

Had a similar problem a while back, turned out to be related to FE not auto-switching to the dedicated graphics hardware: https://forums.elementalgame.com/418215/get;3090519 . It still doesn't, but I get around it for now by forcing GPU selection for FE.exe. If your laptop has an Intel graphics chip, it might be the reason for the missing models.

Visited a dragon statue, was told to check out a nearby camp. Visited the camp, lady there wanted 20 crystals to tell me where the eye was. I didn't have 20 crystals, so she told me to find her back at the dragon statue once i had the goods. Returned to the dragon statue, still without 20 crystals, was told to come back when i had the crystals. Popup informed me that Arneson had been defeated. Dragon's eye is now in my poss

Spent way too long looking for the curse spell, turns out it looks nothing like mass curse (I was expecting a single figure burning with purple flame, or something along those lines; in fact it actually looks more like curse city). On the other hand, I love the new color-coded spell icons :)
