[0.915][BUG] fortify bonus isn't visible on unit details page

I am not even sure it is being applied correctly. Neither the accuracy nor the dodge bonus is visible.

And while we are here, there is a typo in the description of the dodge attribute; should be either "penalty to an enemy's chance to hit" or "penalty to enemies' chance to hit".
