Without giving away too much, resurrection from death appears to be incorporated into the lore now (see FE campaign). I think my tolerance for undead in the lore is pretty high, even though it is a stock race. Simply because you've already got the two main ingredients - lots of dark magic and lots of humans running around.

Yeah this makes no sense to me. Why can't we see what equipment they have? That it is by design just means it is bad design.
The DesktopX format they use is well capable of dynamic sizes so I am as surprised as the next one that it wasn't used extensively. Then again I don't design UI, it just seems weird to limit the UI to ~1/4th of a screen for those with high resolution.

Check out CoreGameEvents.xml maybe you can use that method for something. It's new in LH so I haven't looked at it.
Ah, I see. Well, I don't know how dynamic the new trait trees are so try it out.
Unless specifically set when the trait is given through a spell, a trait cannot be removed unless it is an injury.

Stormworld has some quest options only available to certain races. Basically one particular option requires a resource that only sovereigns from race X has. However this would by necessity have to be after the initial accept/deny prompt for the player as there is no way to have those types of checks for that prompt. (edit: you could use the same method to restrict options to certain allegiances)

Giving a building a unique resource cost shouldn't be a problem, I've done that before.
Normally this would imply that it doesn't have a valid ArtDef for tiles. Try changing it to something very common.
To clarify, they are shutting down the development studios and will now outsource their games to other developers and then publish it themselves.
It's definitely faction-global so you can't just add it to one unit. You can put it pretty much anywhere where such modtypes are used in the game (techs, unit trait, improvement, spell, used item, finished quest and so on). For techs you'd need to modify the core files since they can't be altered from the mods folder.
