There is no loot in the shroud. It's just a level 8 or 9 village that shoots your score up a large number maybe 100 points. The village never will specialize into a town, conclave or fortress. Defenders don't seem to protect the city and wander off outside of the city leaving only the city garrison. I have taken it with one hero. I don't know if this happens everytime, but I've seen it where the wandering monster
Lucky is very synergistic with the dodge bonus. You can always take weaknesses in order to afford binding. I'd recommend no armor as the huge dodge bonus prevents a lot of hits and I've never seen the need for chainmail or platemail with wraiths, I've been able to #win fine without it.
Conclaves are pretty good at generating mana

good point... I don't know the difference between block and clink. Maybe they are the same but flavor text as different.
I think this means that the difference between attack and defense was such that 0 damage was given - the attack was blocked

Crystal allows you to equip your units with more powerful of equipment, but can be exhausted quickly. It is often best to make units that use more metal (aka iron) than crystal if you intend to make many units. I think it's "more powerful (TYPES/Kinds/enchantments) of equipment" that is missing

Any chance of setting a custom wander AI on Vetrar, the Wanderer of Worlds, Delin and other wildlands beasties so that they don't leave their wildlands? How about allowing the AI to use Summons?
