My favorite is the drawe your own mount thread, just because it allows me to use some creativity. Or maybe ones that are fun to see other people express creativity, such as the make an empire thread. I suspect I could go down a list of selfish answers, my giving a bunch of threads I feel to which I contributed, such as the contest I threw, or the avatars to w
Man, that bitch got hit the face with the ugly stick. How do you post pictures?
in the box you type has a bar at at the top. In this bar there is a picture that includes a tree. If you click this picture of a tree it gives you a box, and in this box you paste the link to where you put the direct link.
I liked Daggerfall, but in the end it was unplayable, because I liked to jump from rooftop to rooftop, which inevitably led to me falling through geometry and getting stuck.
really? I never had that problem except in the demo. I LOVED jumping from rooftop to rooftop. I find it harder in newer Elder scroll games. (perhaps its because you can't max climbing and auto-scale walls in the case you missed a roof) I love bloating peeps. B

and what graphics card? you don't need a "new graphic card", but if you're running a Geforce FX 5200 or something I'd say you might think about it, because an upgrade for you wouldn't need to be "new" you may just need to upgrade drivers

Sadly Stardock has to cave to ESRB's insane demands or risk losing all sales that would be from wal*mart or even gamestop. I understand them as one of those evils that you let survive in the world, because destroying them might mean something even worse: a horde of angry stupid parents who can find somebody to blame other than themselves for why their children turned out to be crazy, or not because chances are that the child was not scared by whatever it was. And they wan

I'm excited to visit a goodie hut and encounter one of these troll homes. African or Asian or whatever. I just want to be like "I hope my 1 scout unit turns up a 2nd free unit, or perhaps a setlter" to instead turn a swarm of forum trolls lose on my starting town. ^_^

in theory (I think anyway) the 64-bit version would be without havok physics until that part is fixed. I mean, I can't imagine the benifit of having havok in a map-only version of the game, for example. Of course, I don't know all the complications. To me it seems like you should be able to create some sort of emulated environment to hold the 32-bit havok (perhaps a 32-bit *video processes that only renders the game on the screen and handles havok related physics and

uh... the search I used was google images for either "kingdom hearts Atlantica" to find the image. I already knew what I was seeking. I searched a few other things like "trama center screenshot". I said to myself "are there any games where somebody is in a swim suit or otherwise be without a shirt?" Because in most swim suit games the girls almost don't wear shirts, and it would look very stupid if the men were covered. When the little mermaid came to mind and

they've answered the 1st question. Yes, Both versions will be on 1 disc. So no worries about having to buy them apart. I'm curious to know in which beta stage they expect to provide both versions. Personally I thought it was pretty clear that Python will be the programming language to create their own scripts.

I'm pretty sure mods are covered under the "fair-use" provided nobody directly profits from it. So the people who made the game that was modded can't directly endorse the creation of the mod, making it seem like they want to gain sales as a direct result of the mod.

there have been rumors for a while, pretty much ever since that company bought the rights to produce a mechwarrior game. I'm not surprised in the least. In fact, I am not even that excited. I want a new mechwarrior, but I've been waiting so long I've grown bored of waiting. I just hope it is good.
I was worried this was a thread for sharing picts
I think it should be. And by sharing picts, I mean *you* the developers, sharing nipple pictures with us! (rather than us sharing nipple picts with outselves, which would likely go in a very *bad* direction.)
Devs : Can't you just hide "Teen/Mature/Adult" things in the settings or make it unlockable with a patch/code or something if the ESRB/PEGI would be a problem ? &n
Need to find out what the ESRB says about shirtless males...I have a feeling they have strict 'nipple guidelines' we have to adhere to.
(this is from boogiebac, btw) I vote we have nipples on our men! screw the ESRB, we can take the teen rating! or mature or whatever (if nipples on a male chest give an M rating... I will be horrified how retarded our standards have become. I understand teen... well, no I don't, but I wouldn't be surprised

I don't thing there is any harm in asking in this situation, because Stardock isn't going to pass out from somebody simply asking. however sometimes it does hurt. I've seen many people or groups who are trying to do something 'nice' for the people of the internet, withdraw their offer because they feel that the community is demanding too much. (Kaizoku-fansubs, for example, got so tired of people asking "when's the next episode coming out" that asking is a b

yeah, and sunday night after a holiday isn't a good time to ask anyway. Most of us likely arn't going to be able to play anything until PAX anyway. So the alpha is really the next major "update" about the game because people will have the chance to play "hands-on" Its like asking "is there an update on when we get an update?" And generally, its bad juju to constantly beg for updates (which is what I believe is arstal's point) and there a

other players do need to be warned when the spell is being cast. Otherwise it would be like playing... playing.... oh, by the way... you've already lost which would be stupid I do not believe the spell should take 10 turns, I think that you should be able to effect that. In MoM, it usually took at least 10 turns to cast the spell, but if you turned every part of your magic into casting it (saved up for a while in the begi

Yeah, that platform is what it made it look like old movie stages. If it were any sort of theatre stage... well 1st off, it wouldn't make much sense because at least I never heard of a backdrop being used in a play prior to the industrial revolution. If it were an outdoor stage, you'd think it would be given some sort of walls or ampitheatre setup so that the audiance could actually 'hear' the plays being proformed. And keeping a backdrop like that up for a pla
