Never actually did get Camp 1 in game. (I was squarely in Camp 1, btw) IIRC, the community was overwhelmingly in support of Camp 1, SD tested a bit internally, then came out and said it wasn't fun and did Camp 2. In my experience, Brad has a tendency to project his opinions as what's best for the game or as what the community wants. [e digicons]:fox:[/e]

[quote quoting="post"]Get rid of this idiotic one building of a type per settlement system. It's completely devoid of a single redeeming point. This isn't the modern age with fertilizers, most of the civilization is going to be farming. Your ability to produce should be dependent on those left over peons that aren't busy trying to feed themselves. How you use it should be up to you, not some silly one per settlement restriction. A city with no food source should

I vote for pendants, artbook and OST at least. I'm iffy on the book as I don't know how tied together it and the game are. [e digicons]:fox:[/e]

That'll piss me off real quick and result in a mod to remove random techs in about 5 minutes. However, I reall

Crysis>Tribes 2 in graphics. Crysis is a beautiful looking game. Crysis And no, gameplay does not equal graphics. Otherwise all we would have is boring Crysis clones. Seriously, what you are asking for is to make the same game over and over again, with slightly better graphics. If you had your way, there wouldn't be a 4x genre.

Side note: Advance Wars has plenty of hard counters. Take the missiles unit. At full strength, it can kill any air unit in one shot. </

I absolutely loved the first two C&Cs and still boot them up. Next three were also great, even if Generals was basically a new series. C&C3 though... Story is pretty good, even with their rendition of the Scrin. +1 for Kane still being a Magnificent Bastard. Acting was half-way decent. Music might as well have not been there at all. Gameplay was absolutely horrendous. As GDI or Nod, you spammed T1 tanks or T3 heavies. As Scrin, you spammed T3 heavies or T4 Motherships. <p
