An interface thats pretty and doesn't make my eyes die. I like the idea of parchment everywhere, I just think the current implementation does give the impresion of quality that I'm expecting from the game itself.

1 word: modding
Did improvements shrink or is it my imagination
@ Rawrrrr, running your fan speed at a constant 100% isn't only unnecessary its potentially damaging. You may end up reducing your fans life span - its just not intended to be run that high all the time
Mutliple graphics for same building - I think they have said this will be in the game already, I know they have said they will graphics for when you have multiple of the same building next to each other (e.g. 4 farms together becomes mega farm). They should also do something to look the borders between towns look more natural.
haha i think Kryo has that graphic saved to his desktop for quick access
Quoting Darvin3, reply What's the point? How will it add to the fun factor? Name one non RPG or MMORPG where RPG features improved the game? I can only think of Diablo type games and in my mind they tap the same RPG itch in a slightly different format.
Um.... Warcraft 3. Also Sins of a Solar Empire
Is there still a team working on the graphics side of things? I'm just wondering becuase because in the first screen shot it looks like random buildings pushed together rather than an organic city. Sorry if this has been asked to death
This is clearly untrue. Everybody knows stardock is manned by super intelligent benevleont space aliens from betelgeuse.
Where did you get those numbers from snowboard? A quick googling appeared to reveal a number close to 10-15% for % of world production produced in the US.
I've had a lot of fun with demigod, recommend you try the demo first and only bother if you are in to multiplayer. As for oblivion i played about 1/2 - 3/4 of the way through at which point I got bored having realised I had tasted all the possible spells and any knew ones were simply more powerful versions of the exact same thing. Additionally I thought the creeps that levelled as you did was a dumb mechanic, taking the fun out of working on your character.
The not dieing during defense/in territory thing should come at a combat disadvantage. It would be bad for the game if the attacking empire has to lose a massive army to the enemy soveriegn every time, since they can't use their soveirgn risk free. One way to get around that is to have a choice when using your soverign in a situation is allowed to escape from. One would enable escape but cause a combat penalty and the other would allow 100% combat strength but 0% flee chance. </
Yes! Definetely this should be done at some point. I'm no fan of the super drab look right now personally, even just as a strategic zoom map
he probably used icacls (vista) or cacls (xp) to remove your ownership and deletion/move rights etc.
I agree with Glavius.
[e digicons]k1[/e] sticky!
You sure you didn't land on a gold pot or something in between?
Tick show pre release versions in the impulse menu
I get this bug everytime: for me the left side doesnt work, the right side scrolls left the top right corner scrolls right and I think thats all the messed up stuff.
I think the city needs to level up or something in order to unlock more building plots. Check out the available buildign plots number under stats, you will need 4 to build a farm (or so I think :D).
