OK, this is really messing up my taskbar. This new version of SkinStudio is not working right. My taskbar is flat and grey. (although my tray is skinned and the quicklaunch bar is skinned....also, if a taskbar button is present then the area behind the button is skinned, just not the rest of the taskbar.) When I had Windows 98 I used WindowBlinds, DesktopX and Icon Packager. (of the ones that you mentioned) So I know that they work. I also was able to use Object Bar.

Did a Google search the only program I could find that has a file called cnd.exe was something called "Nordex School". Do you or did you ever have such an app on your system?

I'm experiencing a small problem with WB. I have posted a report of the bug to WindowBlinds support NG. The post remains a couple of days, then disappears.
