I still have 1.6 units of faith about that patch... I can't speak for other modders, but I'm unlikely to put any efforts into this unless it becomes obvious 1.6 isn't happening.
Same had said for FE 1.4. Well, do we have 1.4 FE? I am pretty sure Stardock is pretty much moved on from LH for new Elemental and Galciv 3.

There might be a possibility that 1.6 may meet same fate as FE 1.4...... So is there any way to fix tame? It seems monster lair generation related stuffs are all hard-coded.
Copied my own comment from other thread: So.... after a lot of hours burned on AoW3. Positives against FE/LH 1.) Hero's levelup is almost as bad as original Elemental's. Way too simple. Only thing that makes levelup meaningful is that unlike Elemental series, the game is well-balanced and still can make specialized heroes if you choose traits carefully. The hero's high initial hp also makes him/her not as utterly

I see. Moving on seems indeed best answer. [e digicons]:D[/e]
So, I recently moved to another house like 9 months ago. Well, this house was actually home-office for some high-tech company. Thing is, the company is most likely went bankrupt (quick google search showed that some foreign corporation bought this company's asset, and the date is coincident with the date I moved to the house). Weird thing is that they did use the change-of-address service from USPS, except they wrote the new address as same as
Ironic - in the original non-Morissette sense - that it should come to this the same week that Ghostcrawler left Blizzard. This is why gamers can't have nice things... When someone from the company reaches out with explanations we crucify them as symbolic representatives of the flaws we perceive in the game (which might not even be real).
The fact that Diablo 3 PC version is still Online DRM o
Unfortunately I found out myself I had very little time today, and I really like to play some Dead faction. I promise this will continue either tomorrow or Saturday.
So here is the leftover. I guess.. I dislike seeing my effort going to waste, I think I will go forward even with this ridiculous bug. ------ Because the darkling may attack my scout, I won’t try pick up the goodie next to it, instead I am grabbing quests. Once I activated the quest, it is mine and I don’t have to worry about AI taking
No. I had 6 units counting the hoarder spider and I was running around using it. Then I went into a city that had 2 units in it and I lost 2 units in my regular army, the hoarder spider and something else I don't remember what it was. So I did have the army size capped before I went into the city, but the city should always be able to hold an extra 9, right? I thought extra city defenders weren't ev
I made the edit as you suggest, but nothing happened in my save game. Would it affect save games or would you need to start a new game to see it work?
You have to start the new game. The save file actually saves all of the config (to allow players to play old save files even after the changes are applied) so it won't change any of old games.
I will at least finish the writing (only need to put the pictures now) on tomorrow, and then.. well I will decide to either start again or not bothering this.

And guess what, This auto-save got me again. The pioneer trained in my capital city just disappeared when I loaded, with empty population in the city. I am so frustrated that after more than a year, auto-save is still broken as hell and I suddenly lost will to play this map further. I don't know if I want to continue. Still there are portions of the writing left to be finished, but I am not in mood to continue to do so.
Altar : Lord Relias The main race and the protagonist on both campaigns of the game. If you have played him and his race, you would noticed this set is specialized for champion experiences and quest, with decent ‘rush’ ability to boost (able to move twice in one turn, but then lose next turn) mobility in the tactical battle. Recommended for who likes RPG elements of the game a lot.
Actually I see the main lair stacks move on their own anyway, it just takes quite a few turns. (I noticed this when I was waiting for all the monster to move off of their lairs on a wildland so I can clear it.) I also notice with this most recent iteration that unit stack icons are grayed out slightly.
Yes, I believe it is related to the beastlord and studded collar broken bug as well.
The main reason this is happening is that 1.) Those wandering monsters (wolves in your case) integrate into wildland bosses. 2.) Something gets broken and now the whole army stack is free to move. This also applies any normal monster lair main stacks.
Answers in red words.
Good effort trying to make a playthrough that can help ease people into the game. Some other considerations for beginners reading the comments that they might want to consider for their own games: 1) If you move the militia 2 spaces and the spearman 1 space (or vice versa) before moving the hero, the hero can make a city anywhere at a distance of 2 on turn 1, because one of
Sounds like a very good idea, but I'd refrain from making statements such as 'Air magic is the best school'. Turn 5~?? So, I made two mistakes. 1.) It turns out I did not save properly, so I lost the progress for warg battle, I did it again, and instead of militia folks, spearmen got hurt really bad. 2.) As you see, when I found the first city, all of the city-able tiles are gone… because there is a limit
Quoting kwm1800, reply 1 My troops, especially militia unit, has heavily damaged and lost a lot of hps. Yes, they will regenerate as turn passes, even faster if stationed in a city, but it is very slow. Despite having put in over a hundred hours into the game, this is something I didn't know. I thought the heal rate was the same for units in and out of cities, unless that city is a level three fortress
Confirmed unfixed in retail 1.5 bug. Not just for beastlord, but also ones with studded collar ones. Please fix this bug.
I always enjoy reading these treatsies, but must say that you've set the bar quite high for yourself. If all that is from only four turns, you may want to order some carpel tunnel splints ahead of time because you'll probably need them by the end of the write-up. Cheers!
Thank you. Not that really high bar tho, since this is really for the beginners. I hope as I explain all of the basics I w
At this point, I think it's engine limitation issue.
Now it is time to build the first city… and my decision is I left the 3/3/3 tile for now for second city, and I will build my first city on 2/4/0 tile next to the forest, here. Notice unless my faction has ‘master scout’ trait, trees and hard terrain will halve the movement of the unit. It means my queen only moves 1 tile per turn when m
