If it is the exploit that people are worried about, maybe it should be the case that for world wonders you cannot change it's position in the que... You can cancel it's construction or you have to build it until it's done... but you cannot que it up for later construction, something that needs your sovereigns direction to build. Or I think that limited world items (like world wonders) should not be able to move later in a que... once qued up they c

There are two noble woman quests.... one is a bandit raid quest, so you take the quest with a nasty surprise at the end... the other is a simple quest. It is a particular nasty ending and a surprise when you don't know which quest you are really on. I think this was to keep the player always on their toes when taking this quest... will it be a happy ending, or will you have to fight to save the princess in distress.

You can wait each turn, they will heal a little bit. Heal more when stationed in a city. You can also cast regeneration, which will give a bonus to hitpoints gained per turn, but costs you mana.

I recall for FE that running in admin mode fixed some problems... but not the problem you describe, but you can try... I know steam doesn't like that too much though. did you try to run the game with nothing (no stylized lighting and such)

For hero only staves maybe add a trait that allows the channeler to increase the elemental damage of the staff dependent on the number of shards. That will be a powerful combo... +1 cold damage per water shard and the like... or even +1 initiative per air shard.

To interrupt the spell of mastery is to kill the person casting the spell. Interrupts on the strategic level will have to be a very high mana cost somwhere along the lines of 200+ mana. Reasons for the global spells with no casting time, it shouldn't take more than a season to cast something, but meh. It's not hard to add these things in though. The UI to see enchantments is in the govern tab.
