The code says that the monster should spawn. I think the cat is spawning, but a radius of 24 is rather large and the cat moves, making it really difficult to find.

Yes, she does spawn at the beginning of the quest. Also, you don't fail the quest if the cat is killed, you just do not get the Kitty and you will never know. But the color will work on any twisted, so you can leash yourself some poor unfortunate twisted :)

As for the spawn of the cat, she will spawn within 24 tiles of your character. Hence she may be pretty difficult to find.
The monster he refers is the two group of creature factions. There are Monsters and Ruffians and the Denizens of the Wildlands. The Denizens of the Wildands is a faction where they are not repelled by Stealth. The first is not repelled by Stealth but can accidentally attack you if you so happen end up on the same tile. As to the crippled AI, I've just ran a game and watched the AI. The entire group of 5 AI's settled a city and proceeded to build up troops into that city (

By the sounds of the problem the DLC would not have caused these issues. Only adds in graphics (.png) and (.xml) files for the program to read.
What is UnitStat_BonusBleed_L I'm assuming that you added this Unit Stat to your game. Since the unit stat attached to bleed is UnitStat_BonusBleed. Also, you have combined the two effects of the bleed ability into 1 part. You probably should use curhealth with the per turn instead of defendable damage, did you intend for bleed to add your attack damage per turn? So, if I have an attack of 20, the bleed would do 5+ damage per turn, don't you think that is a bit
That is easy to fix by just add XP to the quest.
How many heroes did you have in your army? From the looks I see 3??? So the XP is divided amongst all 3 heroes. I agree that even if there were 3 heroes that 12 xp is too small for a DRAGON!

You need to research the tech Administration under the civics tree. It is a second tier tech following Civics and Knowledge.
The Wildland creatures and the non-Wildland creatures will fight from time to time. (They always have)

Did you restart steam, or validate your install after opting in? Sometimes it takes awhile for steam to register a change. But if you tried those things, well then that might be a problem.
