Now if I could just get someone from Stardock to answer questions B.................
While your waiting for that I'm still waiting to see when we all can sail the seas of cheese (naval combat for the non primus generation).

This game has broken my ever shrinking gaming heart. I loved simcity as and played them all till wee hours in the morning. I still boot up simcity 4 once an a while and revel in all the extra content there is for it on simtropolis. Unfortunately, reading all the reviews, watching all the bugs videos online, and seeing the screen shots have left a scar on a beloved franchise untarnished past. I cant and I wont buy it. I feel simcity 5 is that hot chick at the bar that i
for its time the original Gemfire for the snes was not too bad of a game.
NVM i cant insert the pic...
Cool Beans... Looking forward to it. P.S. Are we in for some naval treats at all with L.H.
Haha.. I know hamburger was not the best example but to answer your question I would feel better with the cost added on. At lease we can lower the health care cost if people would see a high flat tax on a 90% waste hamburger. maybe that might wake them up not to eat 10 a week and be 300+ lbs with health issues. but that's another thread... :) also I would only have to complain and bitch one time instead of 3 times seeing taxes.

In short, I'd rather live at the bottom of society today than live at the bottom of society many years ago.... The "poor" in America are "wealthy" in comparison to the poor people in some other countries.
Wi
My 2 cents. 1 st Remove the stock market. I find it hard to comprehend people make money from money. People are making a fortune and losing a fortune off digital numbers. Work for your money. 2 nd Remove pre-payment billing. Companies are making interest on monies paid before the service is rendered and removing the potential interest from the consumer. Service should be paid when the service is received. &nbs
i was not able to purchase it because i did not have the Steam version. Steam said sorry you need the game to buy this.
Sooooo steam has the DLC for sale at $1.69..but Steam does not let me buy it because I have the Stardock version. Does anyone know a work around and if it will install?
what if pioneers could be addressed outside conventional ideas. example... 1 time based. When a city grows a certain size it has the ability to create a pioneer. make it a stage growth reward. this could limit spam and make outposts vs a new cities a more strategic choice. goodie huts or a resource to give a free pioneer. 2 bring back neutrals and razing cities gives a free pioneer. this would let a military player focus
O my.... no outlines. thanks for the tip. haha.
Fair. I am having crash issues and apologies for not uploading them. I am also having clicking issues where i have to click things so many times for them to actually register I'm clicking it. I will try to start sending the crash reports.
Waiting patiently.....
Howdy, is it possible to set up tactical battles only as a online human vs AI deposit. What I mean is can you simply make a tactical battle game were we the players can battle in tactical only. The results Can then be sent to you as a turn by turn datum were you can load it and watch it. This way you can set up parameters for the players and pick the AI to battle. You could test all the ideas you come up with and visually see the battles and methods used. Just a
LOL @ the smurf one. Here is a silly one. Tactical Summon - Summon Ash ( Bruce Campbell Chainsaw version) All undead units in battle receive 2X damage from Ash unit. Ash unit receives 1/2 damage from undead units. All female units on the screen are instant healed 25% of their health when Ash is summoned. Ash unit is removed when combat is over. <img src="http://www.
Summon Swampthorns -thorns Immoblize unit for 2 turns. Thorns life leach x HP per turn returning leached life back to the caster.
Summon Mushroom Pack - Mushroom Pack explodes causing posion damage to all squares around them. Posion ticks 5 each turn unless resisted. Unit has low HP and moves 4 squares.
I like it. Recruiting from Inn's would be an interesting choice, that would effect tech and city prestige. But... this would be a rework of the prestige system to influence recruiting. What I might add to this is limiting the number of recruited heroes to 4. This is the same as MOO. If you wanted a new one you had to chose to remove one from your list. Once released the hero go back in the pool and can be placed again in a quest/tile or dungeon.
I just want to be able to cross the water, without being forced to pick or make a sov with earth magic. If boats are too difficult, just make it so raise land, can be used by any sov without requiring specific spell books. I think that's easier than asking for all land masses, to always be connected. Whats the point of having a big world, if you can't reach half of it?
Howdy, Not true, you can cross water wi
Fireballing standard troops. = Win. Fastest way to demolish city defenders is take your sov and go path of the mage, take all lvl ups in + damage and less cast cost. Cast Fireball, enjoy surround sound of dieing troops.
Howdy, Last night I played a fantastic game. I was able to created a balanced sov, on a large random map with moderate settings and a balanced resource map, normal difficulty settings. The game placed me next to a couple resources and a few that required boarder expansion and growth to attain. During the first few turns I proceed to loot some goodie huts, my rewards were not over powered and were useful to my sov (a green hat with +5 int and a set of bracers with +De
I vote to eliminate pioneers and simply construct one city. I dont know where to post this because ive see some other complaints on how city building is repetitive. Lets all think back to MOM, MOO, and CIV (the latter not so far back ago) every city build the same thing so complaining about the citys building the same thing is not a valid complaint. We all understand in 4X games after an empire is established we build the same build Queue, production, food and research or a variat
Howdy, Just wanted to chime in here with my agreement to the power of heroes early in the first 100 turns. I can take 2 and a small army in leather (2-3 small groups of spear-men) and steam roll pretty much whatever I want. If I cant steam roll the mobs I take some smaller huts and get some totally awesome magic gear and steam roll the rest of what ever I come against. I wanted to add a main point here; because of what I just described above I don't use tactical
Howdy, Not sure if this was posted before but like the heading of the post says, it would be nice if we could put these spells in a book during tactical combat and not a large line at the bottom of the screen with all the other unit bonuses. Also, if you could right click an enemy unit in combat and bring up the card with information, such as bonuses and spells which it can cast, would be another plus. And lastly, in the spellbook, can we have it organized more
