brad, I have had two ctd's on my b4 comp (i7 2600k 32gb ddr3 ati 7850 w7 64bit ult) in .951, and also noticed that casting 'growth' on my sov on a warg reduces the size of the model by approx 50%, and also the trait that is supposed to give the warhorses BLOCKS all horses from the shop. harpo
I also have seen outposts from the ai's next to (adjoining squares) another outpost of the same ai in both .950 and .951. it would help if the outposts/arcane monoliths could see one square further than the influence and could not be built in the influence range. harpo
I also am totally pissed of that this HAS NOT HAPPENED since WOM beta 2, let alone fe beta 2, and like the rest of us posters, I think it is the single BIGGEST weakness and item preventing a excelent rating/epic game rating to the game. harpo

yes two, both large map custom faction witlh all canon factions, BUt I have also had several not completes, one due to save corruption, one due to being killed, and others du to trapped starts on a headland with several ai and monsters blocking me from the mainland. harpo
have played two large map 10 side games in fe playing straight through in one sitting, started third game with same sov & oppnents(3 ally kingdoms and five empires), played for several hours, then saved the game as was wanting to go to sleep, then in the morning loaded the game and each of the three saves, but all three are missing several of the other nataions, including two teamed nations, and after clicking the turn button get an elemental has crashed message, and upon look
I usually play on the largest size maps with large numbers of ai opponents, but to speed the development of the ai I would suggest medium size as small map games usually end fairly quickly and do not get to develop all the techs. harpo
in MY first game on b4(the computer name AND also meaning FE beta 4) I chose a LARGE challenging map with 10 ai of which 3 were teamed with me using a custom super sov & race, played the game through, and when magnar had clobbered but not killed a team member I declared war and steamrollered them to death, then started on another empire eventually wiping them out, then attacked the ruiner of summer, but lost the first battle, had the sov and two heros recover in one of my towns, the
it could be your firewall blocking the updated program from accessing the internet, OR being offline when you attempt to run FE. hope this helps harpo

I also have had the attack through the town (my own only) then remain on the tile that the attack was triggered from, and suspect it is the towns being considered 0 travel distance, but with the changes coming in Beta4 we will have to re-test this one harpo

the tile values are a summary of the eight surrounding tiles and the tile to the tile, so the only tile you worry about IS the tile you settle on. harpo

the error is that the game can not download the latest data blob from the stardock servers, and it uses the email address and password that you use to log into the forum. harpo
I also would prefer that the auto turn was automatically TURNED OFF as I drive a MANUAL, and somehow always crash automatics along with making holes in the driverside footwell. harpo

unfortunately window HATE involves such a huge and quantum change of user interface that is non-intuitive that it would be a lot easier to move BACK to command prompt dos than go to window HATE, and yes I DO remember the issues of pure command prompt ie EXACT spelling of commands AND their options/switches, and if a single error then totaly un-informative error messages. harpo
