I would recommend Railroad Tycoon 3. On hard it can be difficult, much bigger area (Whole US if wanted), and new companies can spring up.

Actually Luckmann three days without liquids is pretty close to the human limit. Plenty of people would die, whatever the climate. EDIT- Talt's forgetting water/milk/juice in stores/warehouses though.

Q6600 can go up to 3gigz EASILY. And plenty of games are going multi-threaded, or patching (Like Empire just did).

I have the Q6600 and even though it's 1st generation and not that great a design it overclocks well with a custom cooling option (IE not ur factory mobo cooler).

Starpeace online is a great economic/online game. Old, some free servers out there.

Well I played a huge game as the small Indian faction and never noticed, lol. (I did protect my shores, etc though heh)

It's also single player.

The campaign map has more to do in it. I personally love infantry fights and they're not that inaccurate, depends on the unit though and how far away you are..

Sadly I have some great over-the-line stuff...but really sexist is close enough to the line for a company.
