If you preordered Elemental using tokens, a registration has already been added to your account, but is not active. This is because we have already deducted the tokens from your balance. If you preordered Elemental using a credit/debit card, a registration will not be added until the beta comes out. This is because we will not charge your credit/debit card until the beta becomes available. Regardless of what you used to preorder Elemental, everyone's registrations
