It sounds like some clarification needs to be made here. Our return policy for Demigod has been temporarily relaxed due to the issues that the game is still having. We all know what they are, so it is not worth discussing them here. So, in that light, we have been providing 100% refunds to anyone who is still having trouble. Schlista, If you don't want the game, we will be glad to refund it for you, as we have already stated and issued a return authorization for. If you do want the game, let us know and you will be all set. You cannot have it both ways. We cannot issue a return authorization and have the game sent back to us months or years later, it simply does not work this way. I have responded to you by email. Update: The second batch of preorders were processed and shipped this past Monday and Tuesday. So if you ordered a Demigod box between February 26th and April 16th, your package is on its way! Thank you to everyone who has been reporting in, hopefully it has helped others gauge when their packages will be arriving.

Your best bet would be to do the following: In the billing information, use all of your friend's information, including his/her email address. The most important pieces of information are his/her street address and zip code. This way an email will be sent to your friend for record keeping. So far things are going very splendidly with the preorders, but it is too early to tell what will ultimately happen. I will probably create a thread on Monday for people to report that their box has arrived, and where in the world they are, so everyone can gauge how long the shipping is really taking.

Since your order is still being held as a preorder, it has not entered our account system yet. It will get there when we process your preorder on Tuesday. Unfortunately, the Lemonbay email address does not exist in our system yet, but when it does, we can merge it into the other account. Hope that helps to explain; it is always beneficial to preorder under the same email address as your Impulse account.
