Emotionally Scarred Loner. No surprise here. [e digicons]8|[/e]

Lol. I taught myself until college. I learned most of my lessons from comparative history. But education is really just another way of enforcing cultural norms.
Since this is on topic, from a game perspective it's wrong because it creates new problems. Limited ammo means that an archer group becomes potentially useless during a battle. If that units is also fast enough to avoid the enemy, a stalemate is formed. The best solution to kiting will not create more problems to be fixed. From a intuitive realism perspective it would be ridiculous to have a limit of anything less than 50 arrows for each unit, which is longer than any battle
Trust me, if there were a limit to the number of archer shots, it would be explained in the post. There are other features listed that are cosmetic changes. The change log has been written over the past month.
The people complaining are probably just starving for some testing. I am sure "great job guys" is implied. We just want to help. Thing is, as soon as .85 is out they will be making .86 and testing it.
As to the 1000 turn score thing. Are we going to be able to show of our scores like we could in Galciv? I loved doing that. I think the 1000 turn limit on scores is a good way to make sure people are comparing on an equal scale. I used to farm my enemies at the end of the game to jack my score up. [e digicons]:D[/e]
Good Point. You should be able to access the Hiergamemnon from that screen.
That is only a cosmetic change. There is no limit on arrows.
I hope it's real "Terrain" bonuses, and not the already existing "Territory" bonus (that you get when you fight in your Territory).
I believe it is. Before it was called Territory bonus in .77. This bonus is called Terrain Bonus. If not, this is a cruel joke by Frogboy. [e digicons]#:([/e]
Gave us tribute (+3) for 20 turns.
There are descriptions of each race in the Hiergamemnon. I think this is one of those instances where the user should learn from experience and their own intelligence. You can also check the diplomacy screen to see how they feel about you at any given moment. But keep in mind that Brad is just starting on the diplomacy AI now. Beta 2 will not have a complicated system.

This really isn't a flame war. We just disagree about the entitlement of less fortunate nations. The truth is that wealth is inherited. America has most of the world's wealth from generations of winning wars and economic domination. Alot of our wealth was stolen or unfairly gained. I can't do anything about that. I can try to be a good person. I choose not to steal. I try to make my nation better. You can make an argument that stealing is an integral part of your culture or that your harsh l
There is a restore land spell in the late game. Test it to see if it works.
Lot's of stuff I expected here. Also some new and wonderful things. Thank you for the scorched earth addition. If I raze a city, the bastards that made me do it should not get that 6/4 spot I found. They should get the 3/2 spot next to it if they want the resources around there. The better you make scorched earth, the more I will enjoy burning cities. Especially since now I can't do it just to make a point. I have to mean it.
I can't wait to try out the terrain bonuses tomorrow.
I usually get updates from 10am-1pm PST. I doubt that will change.
Let's wait for beta 2 to make such radical suggestions.
Imho it works great like it is now. I never felt I had an abundance of either metal or crystal, never "too much to use" in the mid-game or late-game if I had done my research in warfare (metal) or magic (crystals).
Nuff said. Look, I don't feel like explaining the finer points of morality, as apparently your life experiences have not led you to see the difference between murder and killing. I in fact said that the rich people in my country are not moral. That does not give you or I the right to do bad things. As far as the world has come, we have much further to go. The best any person can do is make sure they are good people and raise some good people too. I am not trying to change you or the other thieves in
Any movement increases the flow of poison through the bloodstream. Ever try to sprint after an injection of horse tranquilizer?
Haha, funny arguments. One guy already equals breaking the law with being amoral. I guess you got no clue about morals then. Sorry buddy but law DOES NOT EQUAL morals. Both laws and morals depend on society and culture and no way you can ever make them equal. Another talks about I have no clue what. I didn't take anything from anyone. At best I reduced possible profits, but as I already said I cannot afford that game
Information is a commodity. It is not free anywhere. I get a good education because my nation pays out the ass for it. Education is information. Cultural media is information just the same. Specifically in the case of video games, it's hard to justify that you have some sort of right to them because they make you more intelligent. The same learning factor could be gained from books, which are not as expensive. But you aren't stealing books. You are stealing video games, because they a
Why rationalize being a thief? If your life is really that hard, enjoy it as much as you can. Take what you can and give nothing back. Own being a thief. But don't tell me because you are in a different class, you have different rights or entitlements. It really is that simple.
