I voted Fair for a couple of reasons. First, the game is BEAUTIFUL. As much as I like WoM, all the graphics for FE 0.86 are better, simply gorgeous. Second, there are some very cool improvements. Most notably, interesting equipment and items. Most importantly, the ability to upgrade existing troops instead of disbanding and building new. Third, speed. I'm seeing this bug in version 0.86, too. Just as you said, the archer fires slowly about half the time, and about a quarter of the time it acts as if it fired but never does damage to the enemy. If it's the same as the bug with bows in WOM, the speed issue will get significantly worse if you have mounted units in your stack. In WOM, the archer's speed would slow down to around 10 to 20 seconds before it would fire when there were mounted units present.

Playing version 0.8.6.0. I've crashed 3 times in a row after defeating a Fire Elemental and trying to take the loot from his square. The loot is different each time, and I've crashed in 2 different steps. The first crash I had received a Shortbow (forget the description) and I crashed when trying to have my Sovereign equip it.
