[Kudos] Liking a lot of the new equipment
Floating Maul is a great idea
All the damage, but without the weight. Instead it has a pretty high level requirement to balance - L9.

I'm also enjoying the new gear in 0.86. Toxic Longbow, Glyph Helm and on and on and on.
Nice improvements.
Some Nice late game items added
My only concern is that all the new items are late game, id like to see more early game items, especially ones you can buy from shops.
Mage items especially seem absent.
Isn't Glyph Helm old?
I found a couple of staves in the last game I played. Exact stats forgotten, but they were +1 mana regen and +25% spell dmg. One came from a deadly quest the other I pried from the cold dead hands of an enemy hero.

Personally I give the new items a thumbs down. Rather than provide a viable means of equiping champions with purchasable gear based on technology, you are required to bow to the random number generator for gear, that can either be very generous or excrutiatingly stingy.
Not only does this further discombobulate the pacing of the game but it can lead to situations where you are up against impossible odds, or at the other end have near invincible champions.
well this fine balance is impossible to discuss at this stage of the game
when all definitive items are in we will evaluate it i guess
i agree that RNG on drops is too random what we would need is a range of items droppable based on dunno numbers of turns maybe some research etc
there should be both a min and a max level so we dont see a leather after killing a demon lord or dragon
