the unit that goes the turn after some spells are cast can not cast any spells. none are listed in bottom of screen. Most often happened for me after casing thunder strike and killing some opponents.

I've been killed a few times by monsters but I found I could lure them away on reload a few turns prior to the attack with a pioneer or champion unit that runs off into the hinterland, usually ends badly for that unit though... :( I also find it odd that the majority of the struggle I've found in this game in the first 100 turns or so to get established. I installed FE 0.91, and don't know if it is 0.912 or not at the moment, but I can not buy horses for my champions... I have several horse stables built and many horses in inventory on top right menu & I can make mounted units just no horses in the shop for sale. I can buy lots of wargs. I'm a kingdom with a custom sov. I'll send in a saved game file if you like.

I had my unit (crystal snake) remain shrunken into the next battle sequence. Do you have to dispel this effect once on your unit(s) or should all battle enchantments end at the end of battle? Only seen this happen once and didn't know until the shrunken snake got killed in the next battle or I would have saved the game to submit.

1) typo in 'alcemist's offer' quest - misspelled oyu in it. 2) when cities level up no way I can find to move to that city like the build cue completion notices on the right hand side. The Dragon Lord guy comes to see you later in the game when you get the dragon statue together with the eyes. He is not too friendly. I had stumbled around this too in my first game with him.

I've found in most combat against ogers and a few other AI monsters that the monster just stands there and you get turn after turn to tickle it to death. Also the Abraxis combat is still screwed up. It just sat there too after casting fear if I recall and then combat keep freezing up. If it climbed out of the crack and came to get you it would be far more effective, otherwise a few archers can pelt it to death. Or if it had a unique long range attack...??? <

I had thought this too regarding the sov sword mana blast. My thoughts was to have it have a casting time of 4 turns and cost a huge amount. i.e. 400 mana or maybe 33% of your mana pool... and perhaps if the target resists it it does nothing or only 10% damage...

If champions died (permanent) and Sovs got sent home for 20+ turns on defeat I like it. I disagree with Kongdeg that this would be a 'you must have to win' for resurrect/animate dead... I would prefer they stay dead all the same though (no resurrect). Additionally if other champions joined/offered to join later in the game for a cost of gold & resources and/or a quest outcome that would be much more preferable to me. I cuoldn't see what the Dragon Tech did either. I got drakes by building the resource and a few turns later one appeared on the square. I think the beast resource supply is too easy/fast now. I have 10 ophidians wiping around taking out Gildar right now and I didn't have to pay for any of them (as far as I can see). They just keep spawning every so many turns or when one gets killed. That might be what I missed too... let me see what the AI is on... But I don't think the Champions need to be reduced in power the AI just needs to be able to level them better and equip them with the top gear they can faster so when you fight them they have some teeth. I do like the changes so far though. I voted fun.

I've played for a bit and found the majority of the champion/sov stat level increases are useless (less desirable than the magic/skill choices that randomly are presented). Could the level up choices be broken into two parts per level? 1 - for stat increases & 2 for ability increases/selection? Maybe a choice of 3-4 from each?

I've seen this too for repeated high level weapons (2-4 in a row) (swords & bows) that let me kick the AIs butt so I didn't complain. I had though initially it was just coincidence but now not so sure as I've seen more variety in subsequent games. idea - Can you please setup that the equipment, armour and weapons for hero units cost resources as well as gildar? This might make it more restrictive when equipping heroes in the field? From what I've seen it only cots cash to buy the latest and greatest armour etc when tech is researched. Unless I missed something. Also if rarer resources are added to the game them maybe only 1-2 heroes could be outfitted which would limit a stack of doom's power a little.

Any one know if elementium as a resource is coming back? I liked needing it for the ultra powerful armour and weapons for units as a good way to restrict the # of elite units on the field. Also if the 'elemental churner', I think it was called that, will be part of the game to make the resource at a very slow pace?

I agree the xp split seems kind of harsh, but I do acknowledge the attempt to limit stacks of doom. But if I top out at level 9-10 for most heroes on a large map, why then can I recruit most heroes at lvls 7 & 9...??? If they're pretty much top level at that point I should have to develop them to level 9 not just hire them at that level. I suggest nerfing starting hero levels to 1-2-3-4 not 1-5-7-9.... I built similar pioneer units, mounted with staves and movement bonuses just for fun. But I hadn't considered them a 'bug' as I figure pioneers should be able to ride a horse and if traits are available then they should be able to select them. If you have the horse tech you should be able to employ it. I didn't see any build road issue though... I'll look for it.

I've found a few items that provide say 25% more experience to the unit equipped with it. However after each battle the division of experience seems to show that it isn't effective, or perhaps it generates experience in a step after combat? Anyone else seen this issue...???
