I really like the idea of having a higher level spell the higher your starting intelligence is. The payoff for higher strength and dexterity gives a decent advantage early game. I would like to see the same advantages applied to mages. Even if a sovereign start off with high level spell, the fact that the global mana pool takes time to generate would prevent the spamming of high level spells and preserve some balance. Also the whole reason people are flocking to your kingdom/empire is
Takao21
I think it would be a great idea for the Sovereign to start with a spell. I don't know what level would be right for balance, but maybe a level 3 or less spell. That would give each individual sovereign another layer of character. I do not know if anyone else suggested this idea, but I think it would be great.
Will the AI improvements be in this build?
Use Page Up and Page Down to scroll through cities
If you do all this make sure you add a wolf whisperer called Perrin and give him goldeneyes
= Wolfbrother I would love to recruit wolves. Maybe if its done like how the spiders are done
6. Wolves won't talk to you anymore (I might actually miss this bug).
What about adding a wolfbrother attribute?
Nice
I love that I can have a large empire in an hour. The pacing is great and enjoyable I love the naming system. It definitely grew on me. I love the changing shape of the game. There is a system here that can be improved and tweaked for a very long time.
Kyogre can you list my fish market mod https://forums.elementalgame.com/398289 I basically made a fish market. It requires the harbor to be built, sea navigation tech for each race, and a level 2 city. It is not bound to the beach tile so it can be built in the city. It costs 25 gildar, 25 materials, and takes 8 turns to build. It provides 4 gildar and 4 food per turn. I basically wanted to add
For immersion I go with Brian Eno. I usually have the album "The Plateaux of Mirror" on loop in the background
Nice! Ordered the three monitor version of this stand on Saturday to try my hand at an eyefinity setup. Speaking of multi monitor games I was wondering why I could not get Elemental to run at multi monitor resolutions. I tried full screen and windowed mode in various combinations. I was using and older card though (HD 3870). I'm keeping my fingers crossed that everything will work with e

Hey. I really liked the idea for your mod but I couldn't get it to work right. I could not get it to build the port. So I built my own mod. https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/elemental_war_of_magic/4/ I basically made a fish market.
I actually have been doing this as well but getting tired of naming my villages goldville goldville2 metalville metalville2 etc. Kinda lame.
Yeah. That's why I just just put a " G' " , " T' ", or " A' " in front of whatever the auto namer gives me. I know it is not proper English but if the auto namer is butchering the English language I think I am just kicking the corpse at that point.
*Still cant move the City level up pop-up menu so I can see the HUD of the city or the resources it controls. Granted it centers on the city but it covers it up. (would be nice to postpone the level up indefinitely, could make it a (!) next to the city name on the city management screen for a reminder a LVL up bonus is ready)
I have a little work around for this. When I name a settlement I put a G' in front of a gildar producing settlement, A' for arcane knolwedge, T' f
May i make one suggestion? Is is possible to flag the population or city level number to show which cities need more housing to level up?
Bump
I really like this idea
I found out I can keep using the Haste spell to keep increasing the amount of action point of my units. The spell effects actually carries over from battle to battle and stack. Also why can't I post with my iPad? Keeps telling me post is empty [e digicons]:annoyed:[/e]
Basically a spell bar on top of the unit UI, showing favorite spells like WoW. That way you don't have to go back into the spell book every time.
Thank you guys for a really awesome game. Its odd but even with all the CTDs, I still enjoy the game so much that I just start again from scratch just to see what new strategies I can learn. You guys made a great product and I am sure I am not the only one that has no regrets per-ordering. My biggest regret is not upgrading to the limited edition when I had the chance.
Personally I would like to see as many diff. resource types, as possible. Diversity = fun in my book.
bump
