If you don't like it than don't play it. That means bought or pirated. Don't buy it and give them money, or pirate it and give them the obvious excuse of 'if they couldn't pirate it they would buy it.' Leave it alone and show them they're product isn't wanted. It's the only way. Bitching and moaning does absolutely nothing.
Sorry man, but yea, if something is in quotes it means it must be exactly as its shown in the quotes. You won by the spirit of the contest, but not by the rules.
Are you serious? That post makes you come off as a moron. If you got problems with a the game that's fine, but don't write them like some 5 year old spoiled brat.
It was probably deleted for beating a dead horse.
1. You're late to the party. Things have been changing like that because people found the original game lacking. If you'd prefer they not improve the game that's fine, but asking them to invent a time machine and re-release with all these mechanics in place doesn't accomplish anything. Simply complaining that they released an unfinished game doesn't accomplish anything either because it's already been discussed to death. 2. Sorry about your glitches, but things like that are com
I don't understand how it's not common gaming knowledge that patches generally invalidate old game saves.

Some of us didn't pre-order until we were assured there would be LAN support for the game and that with multiplayer in the game, it would be done "right".[/quote] If you're truly that upset about than contact sales. Stardock has given refunds before for stuff like that.<

If you were talking about any other company I'd probably be with you, but not Stardock. Of course, not. The fact you are asking just proves you haven't read anything else I've said about Stardock. If these would be possible, aliens would've visited Earth already. Actually it's not that clear. There's still a ton we don't know about how the universe works. There's no proof that things like wormholes don't exist as much as there isn't proof that they do. What we have are models for the universe, which keep changing through the years as
Sigh...not another one of these. From that same journal entry just the next paragraph down. "Making a game is a lot like writing a term player expect that we have to program the word processor prior to actually writing the term paper. After programming the word processor, writing the term paper doesn’t seem so bad." It takes them very little time to make adjustments such as those. Frogboy just posted a journal saying they've already completely redone the UI. I

I was under the belief that activation simply tied the games purchase to your impulse account, so its a once only thing. If you were to reload windows, you would just have to log onto impulse and redownload using your existing *already-activated-for-elemental* impulse account.<br
Whenever you register a product with Impulse, whether it was bought in the box or digitally, it becomes available in your Impulse game list. From there you can download the game to any computer you want using Impulse with no disk required as long as you have an internet connection. Impulse is also required to get any new patch that comes out, but if you don't want to use Impulse you can install your game and start it up regularly like any other.

I had nearly the same problem. However, I got those results after I went to the options screen and turned off auto turn. I had opened the options screen a couple of times already without a problem. Rage on? Seriously, what's the point of this post?
I do like the statement that if RTS is glorified Tetris than TBS is glorified Tic Tac Toe. But anyone who thinks every RTS has no strategy and is only about building a bigger army has no idea what they're talking about. RTS has important strategic decisions - tech up, expand, build army, ect. Than there's the decision what to build. If I build the wrong unit combination than I'm at and inherit disadvantage. The great thing about RTS, imo, is that you can actually change the ou
