I wonder if that can be done by upgrade city defenders or milita who are defend city armor and weapon? it's would be nice if reseaching armor and weapon and they should upgrade even design them in city, but can this be done in mod?

Boy, I am not aware, not only you told me in other post about "-localdataonly" but I think I need to check "Use Mod" on in game option. LOL
personal, I don't think monster should raze city, maybe hit population or even hold city (but monster don't use it but hold ing as thier home ) then we can take city back and if won, then repair city for few turn, would be nice rather than raze city then you can't build that city spot again, monster ruined it. I don't think sovereign overpower, it's just right, you just pick to had sovereign to do solo to do more exp level up and much faster, now if you had sovereign with hero or unit, level up much, much slow, than doing sole, it's just trade off, but however, I do think basic unit do need more buff and less time training in city, that is lot of work to get that unit to join sovereign, not only that, maybe more move point for basic unit? well. in .86 defense armor weak or suck, but it's so much better for fighter and warrior but however for mage, not so great due limited choice of spell or spell you had limited to none and very limited mana in early of game.

Yes, they do gave lot of free one who order before dec, in my case, I don't get free even though it's only 2-3 month away of that date before get free, I get 10% off, not much, but I guess its better than full picre.
they gave little damage, you better off get weapon to get more damage even enemies had weak armor, but though high armor, it's still no good since most enemie had lot of hitpoint and unable to kill them before they kill you if using staff.
so far play and build city, I always choice food like a garden in order to level up city, unless you lucky had river next to city, most case you had land with no river, and no food resoucre, and if you choice any other building than food, you stuck on that level of city. I see this is not good, and forced to pick food path of level up in order to level city, personal I think food building should add as normal and can build, should not part of level up, that way, you can choice any

they was effective before beta 3, but now they not that effective anymore.
I rare and don't use hero very much for battle unless they help city or make a gold but for battle, rare I taken my hero due injuries that can't be heal unless you are lucky find a potian from rare quest, never happan to me, but that's what someone told me.
Funny, I don't had that on and off for pedestrian for beta 3 but there was beta 2, but they said removed it, I guess it's had to do save time of testing or something.
